Jc Appliance Repair

My 9 year old refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling yesterday. Based on the Unilocal rave reviews I called JC, he came out by 11:00 AM today and quickly diagnosed the problem (burned out relay) replaced it with a part he had on the truck, and got me making cold air.
Having had some bad experiences with other repair people I’m always nervous. Definitely would call this guy again for other issues. Reasonable prices.

My 15 year old refrigerator went out all of a sudden, of course. Did I mention it was a Friday and NOBODY would come out until the following week? Sears wanted $ 95 just to come and look at it.
I left a message for JC after reading the reviews on Unilocal.He called me back within a couple hours and he said he made service calls on Saturday’s! I expressed fear that the compressor went out on the unit, but he assured me it may be something less severe and to let him diagnose the issue before I get too worried.
JC called before he came and met my husband at the house. He diagnosed the issue but did not have the part. He went, got the part, came back as promised, and fixed the fridge as good as new! And the repair along with the service call was very, very reasonable.

I called Jc and he came to my house the very next day. My refrigerator water dispenser was not working and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately!

Fantastic service. Called Juan at 8:30am about our refrigerator not running any more. Asked if he could be out that day and he was right on schedule in a few hours and had the problem fixed in no time. Price was good and service was better. Kudos from my wife for courteous service as well. Happy to not have to throw out any food. Would recommend to others.
