This is the worst gym ever. They have a pastor as an owner who preaches about the goodness of this gym. Well they had two trainers who both paid to train there had excellent work ethic always polite. They kicked them out. Why??? They are the ones that wanted to better the community and Stockton. Maybe that pastor should practice what he preaches. I will never go to this gym again

Best gym I’ve ever been to. Everyone is welcoming, nice, and very helpful! Been here for 2 years and never had a bad experience whatsoever. There’s always a great vibe when you enter!

Ugh, it was great if I went at 6 am but over the summer I started going during the day. It was always full of teens playing pool and video games and the teens in the weight area couldn’t’t watch their language. I finally quit going the day that 5! FIVE teen girls were«cleaning» the equipment and I couldn’t get around them as they stood, practically draped, over the equipment for 45 minutes watching the tvs. Then I ran on the treadmill next to some weirdo wearing a Cold War era gas mask as he jogged. Seriously! I never felt comfortable there, with all the teens just hanging out. I get how they think they are helping the community but it drove me away. It was cheap but it was not worth it.

Great prices, but my god, HORRIBLESERVICE. I came with 4 people and there service is BEYOND horrible. I asked to get help, but the manager was on the front desktop on FACEBOOK! Horrible service, not very clean either. I would expect some cleaning done on the machines, but my gosh, people’s sweat and just sticky, everything was gross. Guess, it make sense for the price they are asking.

It’s as pristine as an angel’s halo. The staff are always cleaning, the women’s bathroom smells fresh(insert VERY happy face here), they have lockers for you to leave your stuff while you’re working out. Thankfully, I haven’t seen any dilettantes or bogarts, and patrons are generally good about cleaning off the machines when they’re finished(I’ve seen some who don’t live the saying«Cleanliness is next to Godliness»). In addition, there are all shapes, sizes and ages(a plus for a plus size chica like me :) It is a Christian gym run by a non-profit connected to a church, but I’ve not seen any proselytizing on site. I appreciate that fact because I’ve heard no profanity, and there is a modesty clause in their paperwork. Another nicety — my fiancé left his keys somewhere on the floor and lo and behold — someone turned them in to the reception desk. Also the staff is willing to help when you ask a question and not make you feel like a dweeb. The only tiny dings I’d give them is that there are not enough ellipticals, so sometimes there is a wait. Inexpensive on my limited budget and NO contracts — makes me happy so I can get my gym on!
