I would not come to this place. The have roaches crawling on the floor and it seems that manager really didn’t care! Who to know if it does get in the food

This is review about how the food here gave me the stomach flu. It was either here or Peets Coffee because those are the only two thing I had on 12/​21/​2015 and I’m still feeling very sick today as of Christmas 12/​25/​2015.
So I ordered two sausage egg muffins from here (this is about the second time I order McDonalds in years). I gobbled it down and the very next morning: Nausea, chills, muscle ache, and diarrhea. Since it’s the holiday week, you can imagine how many events I have to cancel. This place is not a safe place to eat if your stomach isn’t used to it. Avoid this place if you can.

Worst customer service ever. Had a african-​american lady by the name of Markieda (?) working at the drive thru who was giving me and my girlfriend an attitude like something was up her butt. She even have the guts to mock us and plus did a hiss sound with a disgusting look on her face. This is a customer service job and if you can’t do the job, then please find another one. We did not take the order and went to another window and found out the other african-​american employee was also cooperating with Markieda (?). She was also giving us an attitude. We ask to speak to the manager and she said, «Oh you want to speak to this manager here? That’s even better. She’s good.» We spoke to the manager and yes, she was being very formal and polite, but it just seem she didn’t even care at all. She said she’ll take care of it. I understand how busy it gets, but if one of your employee is acting beyond her job description as a customer service representative, then you really need to take her out from that position and get her to cooking without any contact with the customers. We were frustrated and furious. So we also decided to take it to corporate. I am never coming back to McD and will recommend anyone not to come to this one either. If nothing is done with this situation, then I will take it further and make sure something is done. I’ve worked in a fast food place and other customer services before, and this is yet the most disgusting service I’ve ever experienced. If any employees who are reading this, put that Markieda woman in her place. Do your job, not your attitude.

This review is for the rude ghetto employees working at this location that don’t know what a customer service job is. Don’t take your anger out on customers who didn’t even do anything to you just because you’re miserable working at mcdonalds or whatever the case may be. I don’t expect great service going to a fast food restaurant but I also don’t expect your crappy attitude. Take your fat self and your ugly attitude out of my face! Go back into the kitchen and flip burgers so no other customers have to deal with your ugly self and attitude!

I’m writing this review a bit late. This happened when they were still doing their Monopoly game. I was craving their chicken nuggets, so I asked my boyfriend if we could stop by. Pulled up to the drive-​thru and ordered chicken nuggets. Right as we tell the worker that we have a coupon for the meal, she loudly yells, «NO!» My boyfriend and I look at each other with confused looks on our face and started questioning her. She then sharply replies, «Are you asking if we have coupons?!» Seriously?! Even if we were asking for coupons, that is no way you respond to a customer. Customer service 101! T_​_​T
Fast forward to us receiving the food and are about to eat. I open the bag to reveal that it is absolutely NOT what I had ordered. I’m a very patient person, however this is not the first time this McDonald’s has messed up our order. I am not exaggerating in the least when I say that every time I come to this location, there is always something wrong with my order. The only time I ever come to this location now is when I am either with my mom or boyfriend. I prefer the one on Hammer and Thornton!

We got some things off the value menu and fries it wasn’t too too bad but this location had probably the worst service (at least on nights) they are always so mean and not friendly the fries were not fresh at all seemed like they were sitting for 10 mins and McDonald’s fries definately need to be fresh! I’m disappointed with this location it should be so much better

Just a typical updated McDonald’s in Stockton with typical fast food service. I don’t ever approach a McDonald’s and expect great customer service. Plus, I’m only paying $ 3.69 for a McDouble, small fries, and a large coke.
I’ll be back here again, regardless of the food quality and service, because I live two blocks away and I am not trying to drive to Lower Sac and Hammer for the next nearest McDonald’s. Plus I’m tired of Taco Bell and Wendy’s.
Next time I’m gonna try a #2 with Mac sauce.

Horrible ! Horrible ! Horrible ! Horrible ! cold fries, dry cheese burger and long wait, never in my life will I ever go to this McDonald’s location because they don’t even know how to make their food right.

Employees were very rude not even a good morning or a thank you or even eye contact when at the drive thru window. I received my food get home and eat my sandwich and get half way thru and bite into almost half an eggs shell within the cooked egg. gross never coming back. Terrible food and service. I know it’s just fast food but at least make an effort to meet the minimum standard in the industry.

Rudest employees ever! Just wanted ice cream in a cup and I was told oh we charge u for a sundae and just don’t put topping I said ok then was ask so u want t to be charged??! Then get to the window to get the Ice cream she hands it to me and stares I’m like where is my other stuff. Then they were struggling with the ice cream machine looked like it was out and then another girl came over and said the machine isn’t working u want a refund or what??! Really! Horrible customer service!

This is a review for the McDonald’s by Walmart off of 99.
I just went through the drive-​through here and ordered a small hot mocha and a small french fry. The drive-​through took quite a long time. When I finally got to the window, before she handed me my bag I asked if I could get one ketchup.
She shouts «NO» with a loud irritated voice!!! Then she says «just kidding», without even smiling.
In the drive-​through employees have a small amount of time to make the customers feel happy. Not put them off!!! Not funny drive-​through girl…

Stay away from breakfast and lunch time. Sometime it is better to go in and order then going through the drive thru. I do like their any size of coffee for a dollar.

We have to stop going here, but it’s my nearest McDonalds.
The cup lid holder and where you get the straws are FLOODED with spilled Coke. When I wait 5 minutes for my cheese and ketchup only McDouble, when I open it, the cheese looks like it was SMASHED onto the meat. The good thing is, is that the fries are nice and golden-​salty, and the burger was fresh. When I order a plain filet-​o-​fish, the bun is hard as rock. I rarely get my McDouble wrong, but it happened before.
This is the part of my review when you wanna never go here:
It was a nice summer day. I was hungry, so I went to McDonalds to get breakfast. I ordered a Big Breakfast w/​Hotcakes, and they gave us the bag. When we went home, Our big breakfast had nothing but used and eaten leftovers. Who would just eat a customers’ food right after they cook it? So I called McDonalds, and we got it the next day. Still horrible service as who would wait more than 24 hours just to get their food?
They recently remodeled for 2014, and it was nice. but that didn’t stop me from noticing the unchanged service.
EDIT: I have given this three stars before, but due to the worse service since I first wrote the review I change it to 1 star– but due to the nice remodeling I take a star back.
Worst but nearest McDonald’s I have ever went to.

I try to order breakfast at 10:31am and I get told «we don’t have that» cause they stopped at 10:30am. Is this candid camera? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Customer service BLOWS! Have you seen the movie Falling Down where the guy goes ape-​sh** when in this exact same scenario? Instead of going ape-​sh** I just went to Jack-​in-​the-​Box down the street however…

YUCK, since I used to work @ mcdonalds and I know how disgusting &how poorly the food is made, I dont eat the food. This Mcdonald’s is SLOW, the cashiers are rude and the table people who make the burgers don’t wear GLOVES when ‘grilling’ the burgers and making the burgers. GROSS. No wonder a lot of people complain about having hair on their burgers.

Long lines and they forgot our patties… We came to order the quarter pound burgers for the dollar deal and two of the burgers had everything but the patties… How can that happen? It was upsetting when you count the boxes and thought everything is right before you drove off and now at home realizing that they forgot the patties. We drove back and got two new ones, but it was so inconvenient.

Such a waste of space. Customer service sucks, people sucks around there and food is gross.

Whoa is that sad they have a DRINK ROBOT! No teenager just stainless steel. Got a large drink because it was 100′ outside, and they are only a $ 1. To review my favorite restaurant McDonald’s, inside East Stockton WalMart. It was extra filthy with crud at the bottom of the non functional dispenser if hand sanitizer. Empty dining room yet trash all over but average being inside WalMart get an extra star.

Big breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs had a polished sheen to it; as if sitting way too long. Go elsewhere for breakfast; why buy old food when so many other places serve fresh food.
Btw coffees good, didn’t taste at all like spit.
Perhaps they serve walk-​ins new food.
