Quest Diagnostics

Made an appointment online got there at 3:20, was out at 3:35. My appointment was at 3:30. The people here are nice and know what they’re doing.
Upon entering besides some chairs being crooked and out of place, the waiting room looked clean. Inside the room where they drew my blood everything looked sanitized and clean as well. The phlebotomist washed her hands and wore clean gloves. Overall it was a good experience!

These people don’t know how to draw blood from a 1 year old. Already she’s kicking and crying and it’s even more frustrating when you bastards TRY knowing you won’t get it right! They poked her in BOTH arms wiggled the needle around and barely drew enough blood for one test. They can’t find the vein but decided to try anyways. I never go to this one. I’ve been to other facilities much faster and accurate service than this! I massaged both of her arms since Wednesday ⁴⁄₆ and her bruise is still bigger than an size of a quarter! When you poke people wrong they bruise, so if you don’t know what the hell you’re doing, then DON’T! I don’t care about you and your stupid job but take responsibility for the fucked yo shit you people do here! You people suck! The lady in glasses and blonde hair and the other with brown shoulder length hair. They don’t know what they’re doing! Go somewhere else!

They do have some staff that are great but unfortunately some seem permanently annoyed that you are interrupting their day. I honestly would stick to the professional staff off Feather River Drive.

empty on a monday afternoon. clean waiting area with magazines. friendly, quick service. phlebotomist skill level was average.

This Quest location didn’t look like a whole lot from the outside but I arrived shortly after seven in the morning (they were one of the ones that opened early) and I was seen within 5 minutes.
The phlebotomist did a great job, I didn’t feel a thing and I was done and out of there in about 15 minutes.
The staff was friendly and professional. I would more than likely return here.
