I have been in the Restoration Industry for almost ten years. I have been with SERVPRO of Stockton for almost two of those ten. In this time, I have seen professionalism, dedication and integrity. If I did not feel this way I would not be associated as I hold high values for those I pledge my loyalty to. In life I have learned you cannot please every one all the time. DON’T USETHISCOMPANY 1. We never received a bill until it was faxed over April 2013(almost 6 months later). 2. Week and a half following the fax, Ernie started to call and email demanding payment. Told him that we would get him a check and he demanded to know how long that would take and threatened sending the matter to collections(remember, they took 6 months to invoice me and this was about 1.5 weeks later). 3. Ernie basically treated me like some delinquent, deadbeat customer, telling me that, «We can handle this like gentleman… Hoping to avoid the collections process.» Really??? Whatever his trip, that pissed me off. Your delay isn’t my emergency Ernie, especially when I told you right from the get-go we would get a check to them. What a jerk. And you would think after all the harassing phone calls /emails, did I get a «thank you» for sending you a check for $ 2700? NOPE! DON’T USETHISCOMPANY.
