This food truck is 3 – 4 stars since I think they have constantly carry the better food items that UOP has to offer. One of my go-to meals is the BBQ Pulled Pork — the pork is just layer after layer of juicy goodness. My only wish is that they didn’t toast the bread so much, it gets too hard and cuts up the roof my mouth but still a good, filling meal. I’ve ordered the Mac & Cheese twice and both times were a huge let down. First, the«Mac» part is never macaroni its always a different pasta. It’s a minor detail but it’s never been macaroni for me but maybe for you it will be. But the biggest let down is the CHEEEEEESE! It’s not cheesy at all and wouldn’t satisfy a craving for Mac & Cheese :/ I suggest ordering whatever sounds good to you because I think most items are pretty good or OK at least…

GETTHETACONEEEEEE. Didn’t your mom ever tell me not to judge something by it’s name? Sure it sounds weird, like they couldn’t decide on naming the wrap a taco or a cone, but it’s fuckin’ delicious. Korean bbq tacone, yup. Marinated chicken with red cabbage slaw, cucumbers and jalapenos(but I get mine sans jalapenos). Warm, sweet, savory, sour, crunchy, AND chewy? Oh yeahhh. Next, you order the mac and cheese. Then, your life is complete. You now have the perfect lunch combo in your hands, ready for you to devour and savor every bite. YUM. Sadly for me I realized I can only get this 4 days a week out of 5 days of school. Wow, I sound like a fatASS: D And come on, don’t say you’re too lazy to wait, eff the line! All good things take time.

The menu is completely different from the Lair or Marketplace. The food is higher quality and thought out really well. The portions are large and the price is very affordable. The Brisket and Pulled pork is very good(though I wish they had bar b que sauce), the sausage is excellent. I have to agree that the breakfast foods are tops though. The new seating is nice and seems to keep people from milling right in front of the truck. I don’t think I have ever had to wait more than 5 min, but I have always gone when I know students are in class. The only let downs were the string fries, which were cold 10 seconds after they came through the window and the mac and cheese, which was boring and also instantly cold.

This is UOP’s newest food truck located on south campus. It’s cheaper than the the marketplace and the Lair. I really like their breakfast foods. I have tried their French Toast sticks. They are really yummy. The best part is, that you can pay with your meal plan, cash, pacific cash, or card. For lunch they have a variety of sandwiches. They are very generous on their portions. The pulled pork sandwich is really flavorful. The only bad thing about the truck is that the lines are long. So go when people are in class, or you won’t make it in time for your next class.
