I have had issues reading all of my life because of a condition that requires special lenses to correct. Dr. Serrano has been wonderful and patient with me and given me above and beyond what I need to be successful with my vision correction needs! I have been their patient for several year and can say with confidence they are good at what they do. I recommend his office as his friendly staff care for your needs great or small. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Serrano and his staff are professional and knowledgeable and offer excellent customer service! He takes time to listen to any concerns you may have and explains everything about your eyes and vision in easy to understand terms. It is easy to make an appointment and service is quick. In addition to Dr. Serrano, the staff is helpful. Even though the office is now further from my home, I will always go to Dr. Serrano. I plan on taking my son to him when he is old enough to need eye exams.

I had an evaluation from another optometrist for my daughter and wanted to start vision therapy as soon as possible. Dr Serrano honored the evaluation and we were able to start the next week.
It has made a difference even now after 3 months and we are super happy with the staff and the therapists.
They take our insurance and I didn’t have to do any paperwork regarding that — which is a huge help.
We are very happy to have found them!

i’ve been coming here since the late 90’s and I’ve always had great service. I used to live in Stone Mtn… so the location used to be more convenient but as long as I’m in Atlanta, I will be coming here as well as my daughter.
My daughter has to get yearly exams, without fail and they’re always the first to detect any problems or changes and get us taken care of. I’ve been very pleased throughout the years here.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating and we’re always able to get a nice stylish pair of glasses, without breaking the bank.

I used to be a very regular customer of this low vision specialist, but it always felt like I was treated more like a revenue source and less like a real human being when I went there.
They do an okay job of vision theraphy, but as with the scheduling of annual eye exams, it is sometimes difficult to find an acceptable open time.
The location is also a bit hard to get to – waaayyyy down on Memorial Drive.
