I would give it a 0 as well. Do not stay here. They are thieves and the complex is not very well maintained. I had rats (not mice), roaches and countless work orders for things to be fixed prior to me entering the apartment. I am still working on paying due to an illegal entrance of my apartment that set the alarm off. All they had to do was call which I stated on each work order. Always go in to make orders to ensure accuracy. Again DON’T STAY HERE…

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Absolutely horrible!!! Our carpet flooded 3 times. The first time all they did was shampoo it, second time they ripped it up added some thin padding and left. It flooded again and it has been over 3 weeks since we’ve heard from the office regarding the 3^rd complaint! We just now had to stop a carpet crew that was actually at our neighbors house helping with their flooded floor as well. Horrible management, they don’t care about issues, you have to call 4 or 5 times before they actually get someone out to look at the problem. We’ve had nothing but issues since we’ve been here and I can’t wait for the lease to be up in a month! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Its dirty, tons of bugs. centipedes, roaches. eww! The TV/​internet options are horrible! There’s always random gunshots outside. I know it’s cheap, but there has to be other cheap places with better management and property! No one should have to live with water damage, smelly kitchen cabinets and carpet, bugs, gun shots, and cheap outdated town homes and apartments! Not to mention the attitudes in the leasing office are ridiculous! They act like they have better things to do than help tenants! Don’t do it!!!

Please, stay away!!! First of all the customer service is very poor. The leasing agent Demitria will not get back to you in a timely manner or doesn’t at all. If you ever ask for a call back… forget about it!!! Be aware DO NOT pay for security deposit unless the unit is move in ready and CLEAN… I had pay my deposit 199.00 $ and was supposed to be moving on a Friday. The unit was not ready and dirty. They expect you to move with damaged carpeting etc… I changed my mind afterwards and they want to keep my deposit for a unit I never lived in. Staff hanged up on me few times as well as office manager is refusing to give me a refund. I am currently filling a lawsuit and contacting local news. I had contacted corporate as well. Be AWARE!!!
