The line is horribly long at 4:00PM on a Wednesday. There’re are only two people working the front desk. I understand this is a government service but customer service is non existent here. Avoid until they figure out how to shorten their lines or hire more staff members.

Always slow! Customer service is non-existent here. The self service machine is always not able to do something. Today I couldn’t buy books of stamps. Ugh.
