Great service and very friendly staffs. I went to this office last year to do my annual eye exam. I would say I was impressed with their service, from the front desk staffs to the doctor, they were all friendly and professionals. It was on Monday, everything went smoothly, I selected my frame, and by Saturday I got a call from them to come and pick up my glasses. I will use their service anytime.

I came in here last year as it was closest to my work. From the first visit I was having problems. after being fitted for contacts I walked outside and could already notice things looked weird with my new prescription. The doctor assured me to let my eyes adjust an come back the next day. I came back after it was clear that my fitting was off. I ended up telling them i just wanted refills of my current prescription since they couldn’t fit me correctly. After two weeks go by and they originaly told me they would be in by a week I call in and they had never ordered them at all. Ridiculous. I ended up going to another eye doctor who got me right on the first visit, I even went as far to try and get my insurance company to not count my visits here towards my insurance. Avoid going here…

This place is not for you. At least not if you like good service, prompt replies, and responsible business practices. The first time I got glasses here, about two years back, I wasn’t impressed, but they were very close to home and it wasn’t *terrible.* Then, this past summer I tried to go back for a new pair of frames for my glasses, and I’ve never seen so much foot-dragging, hand-wringing, and… er, cluster-(bleep)ing in one place. They didn’t have the frames, but«they could order them.» A few weeks and several phone calls(i.e., from me, not from them) later, after I chased them down at their office: «Oh, sorry, we couldn’t order them from the warehouse. But if you like we could try again. Or order them from somewhere else. Or, yeah…» Okay, how about a phone call when the first order didn’t work? Like, maybe even a call the same week or, god forbid, the same day? How about, «Forget it. Because when I explicitly told you I wanted them, you shouldn’t have assumed what I meant was, ‘Drag your feet and be as irresponsible as possible — ’cause that’s always the best way to win my continued patronage.’» In the end, I went elsewhere for a new pair of glasses. You should too.
