They are my go to carpet cleaner!

The owner Arthur cleaned all the carpet in my home and did an excellent job! He was very professional, courteous and efficient and my carpets look great. I plan to use Upholstery Carpet Care again to clean my couches next time!

I was moving out of my apartment complex and they were going to gouge me for carpet cleaning services. Arthur was cleaning the carpet at my neighbor’s and hooked me up with a sweet deal. In, out, done and saved me more than 50% of what the complex would have charged me. Couldn’t be easier. Thanks.

I was contacted by the owner (Arthur) a few days ago on Unilocal,and he wanted to make his mistake right, so I told him I’d be willing to give it a shot, I know mistakes can happen and running a small business is a lot of work. He promptly made a reservation with my wife, and was out today to clean it (which is great because we have many guests coming to help me take care of my wife after a surgery.) He was very friendly, as was his assistant, and they were very professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning the carpet, including a spot cleaning of a few spots, and despite the fact the carpet is still wet and it usually takes stains a few days to show back up after a cleaning, it looks great now. I was going to give it three stars, but the fact that he cared enough about his business to do something about a situation that clearly wasn’t a positive one pushed me to four stars.
