We had Custom Floors Design come in to our downtown Boston space and install about 3000 square feet of carpet.
The old carpet was beyond hard to get up. The glue was harder than cement and it caused a lot of problems when they were removing it. I had given them a tight window to do the install and Jermie and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure they removed it properly, created a nice surface to lay the new carpet, and got the new carpet installed in time. I’m not sure how many other companies would have put forth the extra effort he did.
They did such an amazing job for my company that I had them come and carpet the entire second floor of my home and install bamboo flooring in my home office.
In short, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my future flooring needs!
