Sean Roberts Plumbing and Heating

We originally found Sean randomly on the internet after having a leaky toilet. He responded to our message immediately and was able to come by the next day to check out the issue. He quickly diagnosed it as just needing a new wax ring and completed the fix quickly. The charge was very reasonable. I know nothing about plumbing and he very easily could have made it out to be a bigger problem in order to charge more, but was very honest about it only being a minor repair.
Fast forward 2 years and this week, we had an issue with the kitchen sink getting stopped up. The second experience was similar to the first in that he responded immediately and was here the next day for the fix. He was careful to show me everything that he did, including how to easily fix it myself should the problem happen again in the future.
We will need some more work done in the spring and I will not hesitate to call Sean again.

I recently bought my first home and came to need a plumber for the ejector pump in the basement. (Within two months of being In the house). Being the last of most of my friends to buy a home I thought I would have had many friends feedback on a plumber to hire. Shocked, most friends and family didn’t have a recommendation. I then turned to the internet. I happened to come across home advisor and called, which put me in touch with Sean Roberts plumbing. He called me within a couple hours of my message and was here the next day to diagnose the issue. Due to it being late in the day we made an appointment for him to return to do the job. Sean called the day before our appointment and gave me a heads up as to the time he’d be coming and also a change in pricing due to the price of the pump. He had hoped that we wouldn’t need the pump but wanted me to be aware of cost beforehand. He also explained, he was hopeful replacing the float would do the trick. Of course we had some reservations of the work that was about to be done; hoping to not be taken advantage of at the last minute. Two women, knowing nothing about how this works and going to the internet for a plumber… We definitely had our reservations.
Boy were we wrong!!! Sean came when he said he would, replaced the float and got the machine working without having to replace the very expensive pump! This mans an honest plumber, really nice guy, helped to explain the issue, and charges fairly. He quoted me 300 – 350 more the night before in the event we needed a new pump! The lesser of the two wound up being the issue and he stuck to his original quote. In fact he was under his original quote by 50 – 100 bucks! We would absolutely recommend this plumber to others! And I’m also going to pass along his name to my family and friends. This review is the first of many I’m about to place online for him as well! Thanks Sean for making my first experience dealing with a stressful situation with my first home, as pleasurable as it could be! I wish there were more than five stars to choose above! Excellent plumber and great guy! Will absolutely call back when needed, which hopefully will be ten years from now! :)
