I was looking for a quote to repoint my chimney. They had a fee of $ 100 just to come out, that was hidden on fact sheet in the email they sent. You have to click and fill out info on a hyperlink, so you ignore the other hyperlink, with the fee. Two men showed up, swearing at eachother and chain smoking, throwing butts in the yard and driveway. Do not use these pepole.

I will never use this service due to a recent experience I had walking by a house they were working on.
The men working on the roof were yelling innapproriate comments down at me in the street, it was very uncomfortable and I’d never want to have that happen at my house. Maybe they should consider their company’s image next time they want to be crude and harass someone.

Complete Chimney service was excellent to work with! They swept our 3 flues and replaced a liner for us as. I have recommended them to friends who each have had positive experiences as well. Jody in the office is friendly and very responsive via phone or email which makes scheduling very easy. George likes to make sure things get done right and is ready to answer any questions you might have. They provided us with great service and their cost was better than any I could find! Don’t hesitate to use them for any chimney needs!
