Best place ever, I use to go back and forth to my usual in Boston, and I tried a few around the area. Nothing compared to the service I got here and customer service is a big deal to me. I had to schedule an appointment but ladies if you want to be pampered without paying the extra money this is the place, I almost hate writing this review as I feel like I am giving away my diamond in the rough.

Visited diamond nails to get a mani and pedi before Memorial Day. The entire experience was amazing. They have a huge selection of nail colors and I never felt rushed to choose one. The pedicure was relaxing, chairs comfortable and they used a sugar scrub and hot stones for $ 25… Amazing price. The nail bar was comfortable and the technician was very careful to make my nails perfect — I got UV nail polish. Best of all — it was clean. All the tools came out of those sterilization packs. Will be returning in 2 weeks.

I have been to many nail salons in and around the surrounding area. This place is a cut above the rest! From the welcoming vibe in the salon, the cleanliness, the staff, and the great job they did on my gel manicure. This is now my go to place for anything nail related! Sally was fantastic! Cannot wait for many more visits here! Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in to the second I walked out; phenomenal service. Don’t think I’ve ever been to a nail salon like Diamond Nails. Definitely looking into switching permanently! Satisfied first time customer!

I came in on Feb 19 2016 to get my nails and feet done. I saw reviews from Unilocal and couldn’t resist. I’m very picky on my nails. Prior to Diamond Nail and Spa, I was going to the same place for 7 years. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!
First off, they have up to date equipment. Good customer service, receptionist, computer to book appointments. They answered ALL my questions prior to going in. Once I entered, I was offered a complimentary beverage choice of coffee hot chocolate tea soda or water. I was thirsty so this definitely made me happy.
While getting my full set, Lo Ann was showing another staff the precise way of doing acrylic nails. I’ve never seen a nail tech this into laying down the acrylic powder. She mentioned to me and her co worker how important this process is, and told me she strives to the best. She also apologized for speaking in her native Vietnamese language while explaining the process to her coworker which I found very polite because in other spas I feel awkward.
The whole mani section of the salon is set up like a bar. You literally are laughing and giggling while getting your nails done like you’re at a bar.
The pedicure section is a beautiful dark wood I’ve never seen before. All seats are paired with nice cushy pillows for lower back support. I got the spa pedicure. I fell asleep that’s how good it was!
The best part of the experience is that they remembered my name. Every time a client left the salon, the staff called them by name and said have a good day!
I don’t do reviews often so this is how you know it’s true. I’ll go in 2 weeks for my facial and refill!

Love the friendly staff! They always offer you a complimentary drink like hot tea, water or soda. They are super fun and helpful and always take great care of me and my mom. We go in every two weeks and Lam is really great!
Would definitely bring a friend or recommend!

I’m not sure about everyone, but I always check how the nail polish collection at salon meaning I usually prefer ones that a wide selection which many do not actually. This place was overwhelming with collections on both walls: awesome ! Staff is welcoming and offered beverages during nail service. The shop is clean and has a luxury feel to it. I had a fill done for service and was satisfied with the results, definitely would recommend.

This was hands down the best pedicure experience I have ever had. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and they were so accommodating. We had Tina and she was amazing. She talked and joked with us the whole time. The pedicure chairs are so comfy and relaxing. I will forever go to this place.
1÷11÷16 update: this place is literally the only place you should go to get your nails done. The staff is so friendly and willing to accommodate. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to take care of me. Sally was extremely thorough with my nails and really took the time to make them perfect.

I really liked this nail salon. They had great customer service and they were considerate of my time. They offered me water and tea when I came in. Everything was clean and they did a great job on my gel manicure! I would definitely become a regular here.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon that I can ever remember.
Super clean, super friendly, super perfectionist. I came in for a manicure, which was $ 20 including designs on both ring fingers.

The girls were very friendly, atmosphere was very relaxing and different from other nail salons. But seemed like a girl was in rush thus it felt like she didn’t give me enough attention… And i was not 100% happy with result :(

AMAZING! They seriously get all the stars. Courteous, attentive, polite. I love this salon! 100x better quality than other nail salons i’ve been to, for the same or less.

I had high hopes because of the good reviews, but was sorely disappointed in the quality of the service. I’ve never left a pedicure where there was dry skin still around my toes or on my heels. I specifically asked about having it worked on a little better, and my technician basically refused. Great selection of colors, but I won’t be back.

Absolutely fantastic! I came here because of the Unilocal reviews and I must say, I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed, the staff are incredibly friendly and nice, and there is absolutely no pressure to pick a colour quickly or anything.
Instead of the traditional soak, they use heating gloves for the manicure which feels amazing. They are very careful to make sure you like the colour you chose after it is applied, and check throughout the process.
The tools are sterilised — they come out of a new package every time — and the work areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Plus, a lovely cup of tea always makes it better!

Love this salon and have recommended it to all of my friends.
This salon really doesn’t take walk ins as much as others salons do as they do not rush, the service is terrific. My nails and toes looked great! What an awesome experience.
A ‘must try’ if you haven’t been here!

You go to a new salon and love it but after another couple of visits, not so much right? Not this salon, every visit is warm and welcoming and the service is top notch.

This was my first time here and it was amazing. I’ve never seen such great customer service at a nail salon before. I think the set up of the nail station are great; it looks just like a bar! Also their prices are reasonable! If your looking for a new nail salon go to Diamonds! My nails came out beautiful and honestly made me feel better about myself.

Beautiful salon, very clean too! Calming music is always playing and there’s such a relaxed feel. Every time I go they don’t rush me to choose a color. Another thing I like is the technicians are extremely nice, they speak only English around customers and they engage in conversation. They offer beverages and the entire experience is very calming. My new regular salon. Love it!

Today was my first experience at Diamond Nails and I will never go to another salon again!
First things first– I got a regular pedicure (only $ 25) that included a wonderful massage with warm towels and hot stones, along with the usual scrub. Comfortable chairs, IMPECCABLY clean salon! My nail tech offered me a beverage and also asked for my first name to make sure my experience was up to my standards from start to finish. BEST PEDICURE IVE HAD IN A WHILE!
Next, Luanne started on my full set. She made sure I was aware of the differences between acrylic nail enhancement vs the IBD gel. I wanted a more natural look so I went for the IBD. She asked throughout the process if the length, thickness, and shape was to my liking. I appreciated that very much, as most other salon techs seem to be offended if you ask them to reshape or fix a crooked nail. I could not have been happier with the way my nails came out, and with my experience overall!
Great customer service and clean, relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back again!

5 stars! LouAnn the manager did my nails and I’m absolutely in love with them.
Upon entering the salon I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. I was offered a drink (water, tea, soda etc) and was taken to my seat. I got a full set and she made sure throughout the entire process that I was liking the way they were coming out.
The ambiance in the salon is great, tranquil music and great vibes. LouAnn and I had great conversation and she was the most pleasant. I cannot wait to return to get my pedicure.
I recommend everyone visit this salon!

They were excellent! Super professional and amazing!!! They were right on time with appt I had with them. The manager Luan assisted me with my pedicure and a gentleman did my daughters toes! They were courteous and offered drinks while being waited on… I HIGHLY recommend this spa for any service…
