I purchased a LA-Z-Boy recliner a year and a half ago, The chair broke down and I called regarding my warrantee. I was informed that the chair was under warrantee but a house service call is $ 109.00 but the representative stated that I was free to take my chair any place else to have it fixed at my own expence. Great warrantee, don’t you think?

I recently purchased a recliner at this Lazyboy location and have only good comments to post. I found the store convenient and well organized. The staff were friendly and informed. The recliner I ordered was a special leather order but received the recliner in just a couple of weeks. The delivery guys were friendly and professional.

We made a rug purchase here, and after a few months went by, we found it to be seriously defective. A few of its components were hazardous to health and we called the store with an inquiry to return or exchange it. They flatly said that we got a bargain, and are not going to get a penny back.
Do not deal with this merchant. We did, and now regret it.

The parking lot was empty on a Friday night 3 hours before closing. We should have gone home before going into the store. They list one price on the website. You get to the store and it’s like oh well you want that color that will cost a lot more. Oh that will be ready in mid Jan. (90 days away) Looks like the olé bait and switch to me. See ya!
