We shopped at the meat house on a Sunday evening in December. It was just the kind of cold NH winter day that made us want a good steak.
Upon entering, the layout was neat and organized, and there were plenty of fresh, delicious food items to choose from. Before we could even begin shopping, we must have had five people greet us! Very friendly staff.
The steak selection was nice, and the staff was very accommodating, ensuring they knew the exact steak I wanted.
After packing up our steak and adding a few vegetables to the mix, we checked out. The cashier was conversational and polite, very professional.
In sharp contrast to another review for this restaurant, I found the service excellent.
Overall, a great experience. Will go back and recommend it.

We love The Meat House. The quality of both the service and the food is excellent. The staff goes over and above to take care of the customer from the service at the deli to holding the door open for you when you leave. I have also had a catered event and could not have been happier, guests are still raving about the food. I have another event coming up and The Meat House will be catering that as well. I highly recommend the Meat House.

The service we received at this establishment was appalling! Although there is a nice range of product and yes, the meat is much better than other establishments the individual that served us ruined the visit leaving me speechless and never to return again! After ringing up our order and snubbing his nose down at my debit card and ID, he picked up the bags walked to the front door, opened it and stood outside waiting for us to leave. Pity if I wanted to keep browsing while I waited for my partner! I have never been treated in this way and was more than happy to leave. Good riddance!
