Just watched a gentleman walk up to the door at 7:01PM on a Friday, 2 women inside shook their heads and gestured that they are closed. It closed at 7. It appeared the gentleman wanted to adjust his glasses, but they ignored him and turned the lights off. I’ll bet they just lost a costumer. I don’t think I’ll be trying that business. Really? They couldn’t spare a few minutes for the poor guy?

I went into the store today to purchase two pair of eyeglasses for myself at the advertised price(online) of $ 189.95 for progressive lenses. BEFORE I scheduled the exam I asked for the«out the door» price as I know that there are always extra fees. The optometrist quoted me $ 470.00!!! I chose two pair of frames at $ 59.99 each, Had my my eye exam and fitting and then she tells me the price. It is now over $ 520.00! So much for the quote I was given 30 minutes earlier. What a total waste of time. I paid for the Free eye exam and left the store with nothing. The online advertising indicates two pair of glasses(with $ 59.95 frames) for $ 189.00. But once at the store, you are told that price does not include frames — how is that considered a complete pair of glasses?! Ridiculous!

I have been going here for 4 years for both eyeglasses and contacts and have had nothing but excellent experiences! The staff is friendly and helpful and really take their time to make sure you are happy. The doctors are friendly and through and the price can’t be beat! I joined their 3 year club and got free exams for 3 years plus they replaced my $ 150 foster grant sunglasses for free when I sat on them. I have taken my son and his best friend here also and highly recommend them to anyone. I am actually making an appointment today!

This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing glasses, and I’ve worn lenses for 20 years. First off, when I walked into the building I let them know that I had my own pair of frames I wanted them to put lenses in. I left them at the front counter so they wouldn’t think I was trying to shoplift. After struggling to contact my insurance, the team members made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in their store because my insurance people were being rude to them. After I had my eye exam with the doctor(which was the only pleasant part of the entire appointment) they informed me that they don’t accept frames brought in from outside of the store– AFTER I had the eye exam, even knowing ahead of time that that was what I intended to do. Then I sat there for 20 minutes, while the woman who was trying to help me huffed and puffed in aggravation while I asked basic questions. I decided then to take my frames elsewhere and would pay for the exam. The woman ringing up the exam took 20 – 25 minutes to figure out how to enter the correct price. She handed me my hand-written prescription and I left. I went somewhere else to get my lenses prescription filled. When I came back to get my glasses, my left eye lense was COMPLETELYWRONG. After calling America’s Best Contacts and Lenses, I learned that the woman had written my prescription completely wrong, thus my glasses were completely wrong. Now I have to wait another week while the other company I went to fixes their mistake. While I was in America’s Best Contacts and Lenses, the sales team(and doctors) were completely unprofessional and joked and fooled around the entire time, on top of treating me like I was bothering them. I will NEVER go to this company again, and I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere to anyone who thinks this location is a good idea.
