HIGH PRESSURE sales for the most vulnerable, insecure people = $$$ in their pocket. DON’T fall for their high pressure tactics. No, the prices won’t go up if you don’t sign now!!! No, your consultant’s next client is not waiting!!! Do yourself a favor and love your body, your true body, rather than give them your hard earned cash! $ 8500 for a back! C’mon! They get commission for sales people!!! You’re insecure and they have a «cure» and you WILL PAY! No deal!

I’d rate their treatments and nurses doing the treatments as 5 stars. But I have to give a three because of the price game they play with you. If you’re interested in going try to get a quote from the front desk, do NOT go through their sales people who give you the free consultation. I went to Simone and she 1. lied about it being painless, it’s not the worst thing in the world but it does pinch sometimes and 2. she overcharges you. She originally quotes me $ 7000 for a bikini package and underarms until I talked her down to $ 5000 which she said was a «great deal, I’ve never seen my supervisor go that low!» BS. The girls at the front desk admitted I was overcharged and the package is usually around $ 3200, so she quoted me almost twice as much! I thought about fighting this but I decided to just finish my 4 more treatments there and then move on and get my full legs done at my favorite spa down the road Docere Medical Spa. Their full leg is $ 1100, HALF of what Ideal charges for only the lower leg ($ 2,100, $ 4,200 for full!) …at least that’s what they told me at the front desk… Simone would probably charge me $ 10,000 for each leg :-) Go to Docere!

The nurse practitioners and front desk staff are great! I had laser hair removal and I have dark skin and dark hair. Their price packages are overly priced and don’t let me start on ALL the paperwork you have to sign. I saw a hair reduction in the area that I had the hair removal treatment on but it was still not drastic enough. I had the area that I originally had laser hair removal on treated by Haber Dermatology (in Beachwood, OH) and the hair is either gone or very fine and I can barely even see that hair. This doctor let me pay per treatment instead of making me purchase an expensive treatment package that’s thousands of dollars.

The staff is always professional and friendly! The services are working! So excited to not have to shave again!
