My favorite store on ventura. Although it may seem that it’s just like any other overpriced store on venture, it’s the complete opposite. It’s is the only place you’ll get for what you pay for. They always have amazing sales!!! This is my go to store when I want to get a gift or a great pair of great jeans. When I get a gift I never spend more than $ 25 on someone because I get things off the sale rack. That may seem cheap but one would never know because they’re are not the obnoxious neon or old styles. Trust me and get your clothes and gift from here you’ll be forever loved! The quality is great and last! I only get my jeans here. I only buy a pair of jeans a year and they last me at least three years!

Went in today and received the best customer service by DARTH and don’t recall the other sales associates name. Both were amazing and accommodating. I really enjoy going into a store and staff being knowledgeable and suggesting other products.

When I walked into the store on I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and organized it was. The sales staff was friendly but not overpowering, I grab a few t-shirts which are fantastic, and started a room with the sales associate Anthony, he was amazing and so helpful running away the store getting me what ever I needed. His knowledge of the merchandise was so helpful. I didn’t waste time with things that where not right for me as far as material fit etc… He was awesome, the entire staff was great but I only really dealt with him. Definitely recommend this store!!! see Anthony he rocks

The workers are so helpful! They’re great at giving you options. The store is really big, so there’s a lot of selection. Park in the back, but it can get packed there at times.

I’m not a big fan of paying for designer jeans. Seriously, paying $ 300 for a pair of denim that you have to alter first before wearing just doesn’t make sense for me. That’s where Lucky Brand comes in. This brand really strays the border between designer and retail. By no means are Lucky Brand jeans inexpensive, yet at a price point of $ 100 to $ 200 it’s acceptable. Plus, they do offer different lengths in the inseam which is a real pleasure especially for tall people. Of all the Lucky Brand stores in LA, this one is my personal favorite. Jen and her staff are the best. They’re helpful without being pushy. They offer suggestions when they feel like you need it, but give you room to shop. Plus, they’ll go out of their way to get you the cut that you didn’t even know you were into.

I’m not a big Lucky Brand wearee :) I actually just recently purchased an item here for myself over the holiday. I spotted my grandma’s sister — Yes! an 80 something year old with the cutest little leopard print liberec hat on, on Christmas and knew I needed to make it mine. She’s the cutest little thing and said she had purchased it at some lucky store in Santa Barbara. I quickly took a glance inside for a tag and sure enough she’s still as sharp as can be because when she said«lucky» she really did mean«Lucky» :) I’ve been in this location several times, since it’s in the neighborhood. I have purchased a few apparel items for others from here in the past. The store is always immaculately neat and the service is very friendly and helpful. Give them a buzz if you are looking for a specific item and they’ll check and hold for you if need be. They often have decent sales in which you may find quality items at great prices. My hat for instance was 40% off — score! If you are a fan of this brand, I’d suggest this retail location if in the area. I’ve been satisfied thus far. They carry Men’s, Women’s and Kids. Metered parking along Ventura or free parking in the back lot.

I just walked in to browse… ended up getting a pseudo necklace/bracelet & a pair of lucky jeans. Mind you, I’ve sworn off jeans because I think they are uncomfortable esp. In this heat. Not only did I get mad props and great assistance from Jen & her sidekick(sorry didn’t catch her name), they had plenty of patience & made sure the jeans fit me perfectly. With my self esteem kicked up a notch, spending my money here was an easy sell. I’ll be back ladies. Thanks again,

I use to be a BIGFAN until the made in China started showing up in almost everything there. I’m not buying things from China so I’m not shopping at Lucky“s until they go back to the good ol USA!

Lucky Jeans are completely worth the investment. I used to pay over $ 200 for a great pair of jeans and after a year they’d start falling apart. Lucky Brand Jeans are built to last and won’t cause you headaches. The staff at this location are friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable.

Lucky Brand jeans are to the ‘athletic’(read as boodylicious and/or tiny waisted and bigger thighed) build what heroin was to Lou Reed in 1965… Gimme some Luckys! To Stephy’s point, the staff are really helpful and allow you to try on every single variety(they BRING you pairs and even suggest pairs) without batting an eye. They want you to look hot when you walk out of there with that little fortune in your pocket. I’m also hugely addicted to Lucky tank tops, and frightningly to their gratuitously expensive Lucky Kids items. Yes, I admit my daughter looks amazing in her earth-peace-music tee shirt made of organic cotton. So I splurge on her and buy my tee shirts at Target, but the kid sure turns heads! I digress. Here are Lucky’s top qualities: –awesome fitting jeans for any body type at not over-the-top prices –beautiful and functional(read as you’ll wear em everyday) belts –great tops –fun men’s shirts with a western/hippie flare **ANDBESTOFALL: a bi-annual 50% off sale!!! This is when you’ll get the 125.00 jeans half-off, and many many other things at great prices. I once bought a gorgeous patchwork leather huge tote/overnight bag that was 75% off and still use it on weekend getaways. I’m a particular fan of this Lucky store because it’s never crowded or scene-filled, so the staff can give you undivided attention. And it’s next door to yummy Mexicali!

I recently came to a conclusion that I didn’t really want to face. It was the realization that when you have a rather large booty, you need to spend a decent chunk of change on a pair of pants in order to frame said booty in a complimentary manner. This is sad, but much like brushing your teef everyday it’s just something we should all face and accept. With that said, I discovered Lucky. Not so lucky in how much they charge, but certainly lucky in the«Daaaammn, now that’s a booty» department. Please note, the department isn’t actually called that, so don’t walk in and ask for that, cuz like, they will look at you strangely and might even ask you if you took your medication today. The key here is the sale rack. Today they had a 50%-75% sale going and when a sweater is selling for $ 50 retail and you get it for 75% off, guess what, YAY! Same to be said about the jeans. There were some hot pairs on sale today and scores were found. So, if you too have come to the conclusion that you need to spend some Benjamin’s to get an ass like dat, well, try here. The girls are super helpful and don’t make you look blindly for things yourself, they will actually HELP you and pull out styles and try to find you the most affordable and complimentary style. Good job Lucky, I’ll be back!
