Our business has been using their service for more than 10 years.
Found out recently that Jay’s (the owner) wife has been very sick. I saw him a few weeks ago and he said that she had improved. He had tears in his eyes as he shared the news with me. It was a small improvement, but it gave him hope that she would continue to get better.
Stopped by today to pick up the mail, but they were closed. There was a notice posted on the front door that Jay Lee passed away last week. I’m still in shock.
Jay, you will be missed!
My thoughts and prayers are with his beautiful wife, Teresa, and the Lee family.

Wasted my time stopping there to drop off some UPS packages. Atlhough they have UPS signs in their window, they don’t accept all types of UPS dropoffs. Never going back there.

I have had a Post Office Box at this store for many years and I have always received the best service possible. The owner and his wife have always been kind to me, very helpful and go out of their way to make sure I get notification of packages and mail. I think those of us who are regulars have a very good experience, at least I have!

If you want to deal with a surly, unfriendly, rude person, this is the place to go. I went there to mail a FedEx package and the owner of the place was the rudest person I have come across in the 25 years that I have lived in Studio City. I might have thought he was having a bad day but I have heard from a few other people who have gone there over the years and they never went back, citing his inexcusable behavior toward them. I will never go back and will tell others never to go there.
