I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks locations, and this one is by far my favorite. I usually go to pick up various drinks for people in my office (usually between 4 and 8 different types of drinks), and the staff at this location has never gotten a single one of them wrong. Even if you get there during the morning rush, the wait time is just a couple of minutes.
The staff is unbelievably nice, too. They are always very helpful and courteous.

Starbucks is my second home. They are really nice. Yes the size is small but it’s good for stop by and go. I only wish for Google Starbucks wifi– not their wifi at&t service. I have to open Starbucks app to reload $ or pay way before going into Starbucks and can’t check my Instagram!

Everything the other reviewers have said about the size is true. What makes this place better than the average Starbucks is the people. They really go out of their way to know the customers and remember their orders. Very friendly. A nice way to start the day.

The staff here is amazing. Super nice and friendly. A+. The location is right on Rte 20 on my way to work so I stop here quite frequently in the mornings. It is pretty small, there are 2 comfy chairs, tall bar tables by the window, more seating in back though it seems to me the place they put adults for time out. Free WiFi. Lots of regulars there. Coffee is the usual Starbucks.

I go to Starbucks all the time (only been to this location once) — I spent a few hours studying here, and it was nice having a somewhat quieter place to sit in the «back room.» Still felt a bit cramped, but I wouldn’t say it is any better or worse than any other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Hi,
I have been going to The Sudbury Rt 20 Starbucks for a long time now and I have to say I love it. The service is good and they always know me and my drink. I go to the Wayland one also and there good but Sudbury is the best. Keep up the good work. I will continue to go there. As for there always being kids there like someone said I don’t mind that at all I love kids and spend 40 hours a week working with them in a day care so I love the kids. The more kids the better. I just wish they had more seating but that’s ok. I love the Sudbury starbucks.

I have rolled out my laptop here quite a few times. Nice staff, what do they put in their mochas? I am addicted. It gets old hearing some of the bored housewives talk crap about the other women in town… someone should go undercover and put cams on the walls and let these women embarass themselves… other then that, it is cozy…

This is the Starbucks for kids from toddlers to teenagers and beyond. I don’t go to any Starbucks that often, but this one I see kids everytime I come in and barely any in the other ones I stop by.
The back half of the store is pretty bad for cell signal and there are not much seats in this store. This store is relatively small.

This space was a polynesian restaurant, a wine shop, and a few other things that came and went until Starbucks came to town.
Small, totally stay-​at-​home parent dominated. I feel bad for the staff.
This is not a particularly fun Starbucks.
And now I scratch my head and wonder, ‘what is, exactly, a fun starbucks?’

Hmm. what can I say? A regular old Starbucks. Can get crowded during the day with stay at home moms and their kids and people who work in the area. Nice staff.
That said, I really hate Starbucks. To me, they are the Evil Empire.
