Precisely Clean

Now that you have read reviews from all of Bobby friends, like I did prior to hiring him, let me tell you what you can actually expect. In the beginning he can win you over with truly acting concerned, quoting lower costs by telling you that you do not need something or using watered down or less effective chemicals, promising satisfaction guarantees and being very accommodating to meet your needs and timing. However, once he is done and the less effective chemicals begin to wear off in less than 6 months, he does not live up to his sales pitch.
I hired Precisely Clean aka Bobby Figg in July 2012 to clean, brighten and seal my 2-​story deck. After sharing with him my 2 other quotes, he gave me a better estimate and promised to finish within the timeframe I needed. He almost finished by the day of my gathering, however came back the day after to complete. As part of his cleaning process and failure to protect my concrete patio underneath, the stain/​sealer dripped down and discolored my white concrete patio. Since the chemicals were not immediately removed the same day, the wood stain/​sealer seeped into the concrete and Bobby could not remove. His solution was to now put a coating of concrete stain/​sealant over my patio. Although not the best solution for me, I preferred the white, I agreed since it appeared to be the only solution at this point other than leaving the concrete with all of the wood stain/​sealer drops showing.
Two to three months after he applied the concrete stain/​sealer and after I paid the last portion of the bill, I noticed that the concrete stain/​sealer had begun to peel and crack from the concrete. I immediately took pictures and sent to Bobby. We discussed him coming back out to correct and after a couple of months I followed up with an email, here is his actual email response:

I have since tried to contact him several times through email and left messages on his phone and now no response. I guess it is getting too cold now, however he is not decent enough to return my messages or true up with me on the situation he created.
I would definitely caution everyone on contracting with Precisely Clean aka Bobby Figg for any cleaning, staining, painting or sealing services. He does not live up to what he sales you and tends to disappear or avoid you after he receives payment.

Three words: just hire Bobby. I hired Precisely Clean to clean and restain my deck after reading several other online reviews. Throughout the entire process Bobby maintained contact and answered my questions and kept me updated on progress. I received two quotes and Bobby’s was the better price. Before work started I called him and emailed him a couple of times to clarify questions and he was prompt and helpful in his responses. The powerwashing was done in one day and then the staining was done in the second day. It took his crew 8 hours what took me over three weeks. After the work was complete, Bobby stopped by and we discussed the results and answered more of my questions. I’m very happy with the final results that Bobby and his crew did for our deck.

Got in touch with these guys about doing a clean out for a new commercial space for my business. Its so rare that I talk to a business owner who I can tell is truly interested in having my business, I had to write them a review. I worked with Bobby, and he was extremely helpful, spent plenty of time explaining options and such, and just generally made me feel very comfortable working with them. Its hard to find businesses that really care these days, so definitely gives these guys a shout!
