Amazing Lash Studio

My lash tech seem to leave so quickly so the minute I got used to a girl she’s no longer here. so I m trying a new stylist today Rosa fingers crossed and I hope they last. Rosa did a great job my eyes didn’t burn. When I first started coming which was a year ago my appointments were mixed up and I understand human error and they tried to make it right, but when you live your day by a planner you just hope it runs smoothly. One time I came and someone locked all the supplies and I was not able to get my lashes done I had to come back another day with a different stylist. I’m happy with they way my lashes look, but the scheduling and the service needs a boost.

I love my lashes! I could never go back to not having them!!!

I absolutely love my lashes and rosa is the best tech quick and precise everything, if she is available make sure you book with her! I signed up For the membership on my first visit and won’t turn back :)) happy customer!

Angel was amazing! She is a master stylist and man is she worth it! No mess ups, only beautiful lashes!

This place is horrible with customer service!!! I made an appointment the same day and no one mentioned they were behind on lash extensions I ended up waiting for almost an hour because the stylist was behind an hour what kind of lash applications is she doing that takes almost an hour over the time!!!
I have been to several locations this one is horrible. All they could do is say sorry. I should’ve read the reviews before coming to this location.

Ok, yes, my review totally flipped. Why? After lengthy discussion with manager Ramona, she truly listened to my concerns, made me feel valued as a customer, and validated my feelings about the service I received. I went in for a refill today with a different stylist and wow! My lashes are amazing, full, and what I asked for. Ramona guaranteed she would problem solve in the areas I felt were missed originally, and it seems she followed through. I didn’t have a correction in mind about my service or management today. Thank you Ramona! I’m so happy, and I really believe AMSL cares about their customers and service they provide after our conversation and my services today!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star if that were an option. I have never gotten extensions before but due to illness I lost a lot of my eyelashes and they grew back just not as full. So I decided to get extensions. When I first got them which was last Thursday they burned but the lady who did them said that was normal and nothing to worry about. They looked pretty so I signed up for the membership before I left. Well I noticed when I blinked they hurt but I thought that was normal too for the first 48 hours. Over the next few days my eyes became swollen and my left eye never stopped twitching. I called Sunday to schedule a removal because my eyes hurt so bad. No one answered so I scheduled an online appointment, no one ever got back to me the following day. So I finally decided to just walk in. I told the girl at the front desk and even showed her how bad my eyes were. I said I needed removed ASAP and I needed to cancel my membership. She told me I couldn’t cancel my membership without a dr’s note or if I moved 25 miles away. I tried talking to another lady but she also said I needed a Dr’s note. I had no idea this was high school. Needing a dr’s note I think is ridiculous. First of all no one ever mentioned the Dr’s note thing when I signed up for the membership all they said was give us a thirty day notice which if fine I would pay for that one month I don’t use not a big deal but she said I couldn’t cancel it for an entire year!
I am still in recovery from my illness I can not work a full time job and I recently lost my insurance, I can’t just get up and go the dr whenever I please it’s costly for me, and the only reason I decided to pay for the extensions is because my self esteem had been low from being sick all the time. I can understand if I went in there 20 days later and was like oh ok turns out I want to cancel my membership because my eyes hurt then yea by all means ask for a dr’s note but it was 4 days after I got them. I gave it the 48 hour grace period thinking all this burning and hurting was normal but it never got better. I have my dr’s note now thanks for the extra expenses! I’ll be giving it to you tomorrow. Also I got them removed today at a different place and the lady that removed them said the stylist did such a bad job applying them that my eyelid hurt every time I closed it because so much glue was used that it was even on my eyelid skin. So no thank you. Seriously a nightmare experience do not go here.

This place is awesome! This is my first time getting my lashes done and it certainly won’t be my last… The studio is clean and well-​decorated, front desk staff is friendly and Jasmine is amazing. Very big thumbs up!

Angel does incredible eyelashes and takes her time and cares what your lashes look like. I recommend her to anyone!

Horrible experience. Asked for a natural look and got ridiculously long eyelashes that were stuck together with visible clumps of glue. Do not recommend.

I’ve tried lashes with the same place but the location in Pearland (which I had a great experience with). I was in the area and was in the mood for some lashes so I gave this place a try. I called and was able to get in the same day. I again got the GORGEOUS lashes which I absolutely love! The girl I had did an amazing job! She was very soft handed and by experience she knew what she was doing! I was very happy with my lashes and the service! From the time I walked in to the time I left! Very professional. I have not had a bad experience with This place… Although I’ve only been to this one and Pearland!

Very bad customer service. I have been getting my lashes done since the very first location opened and there were only two stylists.
Recently, this location was continually canceling every appointment I made due to the stylist not being available.
It seems like the SL location may have a hard time keeping stylists as on my last several appointments they kept switching stylists and then calling me to cancel with short notice. I won’t be going back there.

I love this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I feel like a supermodel after I get my lashes done here. I recommend this place to all my friends and family members. Don’t go anywhere else to get your lashes done. You definitely won’t regret it.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I must say that I am impressed. Extremely professional and everyone was so sweet. The extensions look so natural and beautiful. I receive compliments on them all the time. I can’t wait to get my refill!

Had an appointment scheduled for Holly. Got a call the day before that my appointment was with someone else. Should have been the first red flag but since I was going on vacation went in anyway. Had my lashes done by Juanita (spelling?). Despite telling her this was my first time getting lashes, she never explained what she was doing or how to care for them afterward. I kept telling her my eyes were burning but she ignored me. She said it was normal. When she was finished my right eye lashes were stuck together, and she roughly pulled them apart. The lower part of the whites of my eye are red, and you can see a straight line where it was irritated by tape or something touching it (**update — friend has informed me that this is from the gel pad touching my eye from improper placement. Didn’t even know there was a gel pad since she never explained anything she was doing!) I’ve already had a few lashes fall out, and it hasn’t even been 12hrs. One of my friends goes to a different location and loves it. I really wanted to like this location since it’s so close to home. I doubt I’ll be returning.

A friend of mine referred me to Amazing Lash Studio. I’ve gotten my lashes done before and decided to try the Sugarland location out based on the positive reviews. Scheduled with Kim and was called to r/​s with someone else because Kim was sick. Didn’t want to go to a new person so I waited for Kim and r/​s. The new date came along and I got my conformation call and somehow I was not with Kim sooo I r/​s again. The third appointment came and I called to confirm the date/​time and who was completing the lash work. Everything was correct. Arrived for my appointment and everyone was extremely nice and professional. They asked me a bunch of questions about the look I desired and so did Kim. The lashes came out GREAT! Overall we had a hiccup with scheduling, but they redeemed me as a satisfied customer. People make mistakes so I was just waiting to see how my overall service in person was. If your looking for some pretty lashes you will definitely get your money worth here.

I LOVED the work on my lashes and the customer service is great. The only reason I’m changing my review is because my lashes fell out days after I got them done and every day after that. I waited the 48hrs before getting them wet and etc. but they still didn’t last a long time. I’m going back to my original lash lady because they last longer. She doesn’t make them look as full as Amazing Lash Studio, but the lady who does mine last sooo long and NOTHING comes off for at least two full weeks. I would still recommend this place for a lovely set for a night or weekend they were soooo pretty. However, for $ 80 bucks I’m going to stick to my regular lady outside of ALS. Not as full but they last longer with a better quality.

Poor service from management, painful/​harsh products that I am still trying to recover from 24 hours later. Both of my eyes were red/​bloodshot and tearing up so bad — everyone thought I was crying right after it was done. My bottom right eye is still recovering from the experience there (photo attached).
I made an appointment on 12÷17÷14 with Holly for 12÷19÷14 at 2:00 PM after I found out that Candice (mentioned on the older reviews here) no longer works there and Holly was recommended. On 12÷18÷14 at 1:59 PM, I received a voicemail on my cell confirming my appointment with Holly the next day. I get there on time and check in. About half an hour later, Tiffany called my name and told me Ruby was ready for me. I told Tiffany my appointment was with Holly. She checked and confirmed I was scheduled with Holly, but it was changed without notice. Tiffany called the manager out, and she checked the system — apparently someone by the name of Linh (?) changed it. The manager went on to tell me that I did not request Holly. Seriously?! I told her that I spoke with their receptionist and requested Holly after finding out Candice no longer works there. She then told me that «you really didn’t request Holly.» That wasn’t the brightest nor professional statement to say. Luckily, I had the voicemail from Tiffany confirming my appointment with Holly. The manager then told me, «Well, Holly is booked. Do you have a problem with Ruby doing it?» I should have corrected her attitude right there and then, but the other studio I wanted to go to was fully booked and I had a Christmas party to go to. I told her I didn’t have a problem with Ruby, but it would have been nice if I was informed my appointment was modified. Ruby was nice and quick, but the glue or liquid used caused my eyes to tear up so bad that she used a total of 4 tissues to blot my tears. My right eye is still recovering from it. I didn’t waste my time with approaching that unprofessional manager — based on her earlier statement, she would have made up another lame excuse. I also couldn’t focus on the receptionist trying to sell me an $ 18 lash brush at check out, my eyes were watering so bad. She mentioned that I get $ 5 off if «you leave a good Unilocal review.» Tiffany is honest and professional, but definitely not management. With that and my eyes in pain/​completely bloodshot from their products… NO THANKS!

I had a visit with Duyen today. She is amazing! I had to wait slightly as she was taking her time on a bride right before me. I didn’t mind at all.
Once I got to the individual room, Duyen and I discussed the lash look that I wanted, and she educated me on how they would work with what I had naturally.
She taped up my bottom lashes and started working while I listened to spa like music. I dozed off somewhere in the middle and woke back up towards the end. She explained the dos and dont’s to me and then double checked her work. She let me see and I was amazed!
I already booked my next appointment with her!

I’m so glad they finally opened an Amazing Lash Studio in Sugar Land! I went when they had just opened, so here’s a rundown of what I think of this place:
Décor — Clean lines and color with subtle flares of romantic luxuriousness (is that even a word??); love the chandeliers, lighting, and private rooms
Front Desk Staff — a girl named Linh helped me; she’s super friendly and helpful.
Stylists — I got Candice (spelling??), and she did an AH-​MAZE-​ING job. Woohoo! I picked a fuller look (went with gorgeous), and love it!
Products — I didn’t buy anything, but I might come back and get their facial cleanser. It might work better then my normal stuff. (I’ll post a review later when I find out about it!)
I’m pretty addicted to lashes. Just glad I was able to find a closer and more convenient place. I’ll be coming back to see Candice! Thanks, girl!
