The staff has become increasingly rude here. I spoke to the manager tonight about a food request and she was abrasive. I think the staff at Smashburger, Freebird’s, and Chipotle are all a whole lot nicer. We are spending our money; the least we can expect is politeness.

The service at this location is horrible. We waiting in line and when they call us for order we came up the the register and they asked us to wait. Manager Alexa and Matt Keeling ignore us and serving the next customer in line and told us the register we on is closed, so why are they asking to come up to that register? At least Matt apologize to us. Manger Alexa continue to argue with us and rude to us. She asked every customers for sauce and never ask us. We confront her and she rudely give us a look. Bad service and will never come back here again.

This is the cleanest, fastest, most well staffed and kid friendly chik-​fil-​a I’ve ever been to!
I came, starving, during rush hour after work. The drive thru line was insanely long! No way was I waiting for that. So I parked and ran inside instead. Sadly there was a long line inside as well… all the way to the door! And the restaurant was packed with families and a surprisingly large amount of kids too! So I had no choice but to wait now that I was out of my car. But would you believe me if I told you I was in that line for LESS than 5 minutes?! Yep. Kudos to the chik-​fil-​a staff for having every register open! And not only that, but after I received my cup, grabbed some napkins, found a table, and sat down… MY FOOD CAME OUT! Almost a minute later! Delivered straight to my table by the same employee that rang me up! It was as if the winding snake-​like drive-​thru line outside and the line of customers that had been in front of me didn’t exist at all! I felt as if I was the only customer :) even though the restaurant was PACKED. Food in less than 10 min during rush hour in Houston… I wasn’t kidding when I said this was the fastest chik-​fil-​a ever. :)
I always order the chicken noodle soup whenever I’m here. Delicious with just the perfect amount of tender chicken, carrots, celery and noodles! This time I also tried one of their new items… the 12 ct grilled chicken nuggets (was trying to be healthy, even though fries came with.). For some reason I thought it would be dry since it was grilled, but the nuggets were just the opposite! They were incredibly tasty and very juicy with a nice grilled aroma to it!
Don’t forget to check out one of the little event calendar things standing up on every table! It tells you about monthly themed activities you can bring your family to at chik-​fil-​a! Not to mention weekly events planned every Thursday such as face painting or balloon animal fun for the kids!

This is the only location I go to that takes forever! I’ve came multiple times for lunch since I work nearby & im always in the line for about 20 – 30 min… I come for breakfast and at least another 15 – 20 min breakfast line. Three starts just cause I love their food!

Great Service, great staff, great chicken sandwiches!

This is only a drive thru location .the food was good like usual but the non dine in was a no bueno. I would give a 4 star but the drive thru only option was interesting.

First time having Chic-​fil-​a. VERY impressed. Great service and even better food! Cant wait for one to open up back home.

So the service here is on par with like a bomb fancy restaurant in the city.
I mean, I am a vegetarian, so all I ordered was a side salad. I was treated like they were catering my wedding.
Also, the salads are ALWAYS so fresh. Like did yall go to the fields and pick my lettuce and tomotoes fresh? How is this supppppper simple salad real.
I’m not big on the politics of this chain, but damn is this a great location.

Best Chick fil a hands down. Food is always prepared hot to a T. Customer service is fast as well. I prefer this location out of the one next to my house.

We went in to this location around 2pm on a Saturday. It was crazy busy. The line at the counter wound all the way back almost to the door. But the staff was operating at max capacity and the crowd flowed smoothly. There were about 15 people in front of us, but we only waited about 10 minutes. I like those statistics. The young lady at the register was polite, and we didn’t feel rushed. She repeated our order back to us to confirm it and got our drinks promptly. For how packed the place was, it was super clean. I love a good clean place to eat, who doesn’t? Several employees continually roamed the dining area doing nothing but wiping down tables, chairs and counters and fetching people’s trays.
Oh– also, our food was completely delicious! And that’s the most important place of any dining experience, of course :)
If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll remember this location totally has their act together.

Not as fast as other Chick-​Fil-​a places. I don’t understand why the drive-​thru moves so slowly, and I really don’t understand the long line at 3:30 in the afternoon. BUT, the food is great, the service at the window is great, and I usually have something to do in the car while I wait to order.
My only frustration with this restaurant is the continually awful tasting Dr. Pepper. We’ve complained about it. We’ve returned our Dr. Peppers for other drinks, and we’ve simply thrown them out. But it still tastes awful every time. Just a curious thing — so if you’re a DP fan, take a pass here.

For fast food, this place is probably one of the best, unless you’re GAY. Apparently the President of ChickfilA believes marriage should only be between a man and a woman, just as God had intended.
The employees here are delightful and polite. They try really hard to please their customers, unlike other fast food chain, where the employees doesnt seem like they want to be there.
The food is always fresh and they have healthy choices.
As a tip, avoid coming here between noon and 1pm. The drive thru line is looped around the building.
Also, Sundays they’re close, because apparently God works here, so he doesnt work on Sundays.

So upset. I ordered to go. And I ordered 4 count chicken strips. I drove home and it ended up being a 4 count chicken nugget meal. I got charged for the chicken strips. They need to double check their food next time.

The service is awesome… I go there almost every other day… it’s to the point where the staff knows my name… lol

I have been to this location maybe a dozen times and to sum it up they are very consistant… SERVICE: Great PRODUCT: Great! This is as good as it gets when it comes to getting fast food.

I’ve never had bad service from this God-​loving establishment. Food is always hot, they aren’t frugal with their dipping sauces, and it’s always clean. Even when the drive-​thru is 15+ cars deep, you’re in and out long before your lunch time is over.

This chick-​fil-​A location has great service and handles the calendar card well. The drive thru is tricky because of the curb bumper so be careful. Still haven’t had super crispy fries so I can’t up my stars just yet. Still a great location and good service. Can’t say anything but good things about this franchise location.

I usually visit this location for office breakfast.
I try to come inside to order when I can since it may hold up the drive thru line.
This morning, it was a breeze to order and I parked on the side and the manager delivered my food to me.
Taylor is a great cashier and catches orders pretty precisely.
It’s definitely my go to spot for Chick-​Fil-​A cravings.

When I have a waffle fries craving, I hit up this Chickfila near my house.
They are quick and friendly, although there’s a line wrapped around the place during lunch!
Still worth the wait (usually) and it’s nice to have a Chickfila calendar savings card for cheap meals.

I’ve always had dependable and fast service at this location. For the times I want Chick-​Fil-​A, this one is the place I go. The drive thru moves fast even at times when the line is long. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
I only like unsweetened tea and this place always gets it right (unlike other locations). The food is consistent and my order arrives just as I placed it. They are generous with condiments and give the correct ones I ask for. They deserve the 5 stars.
