This place sucks. I hate the service. The food was decent. BUT I Had To Wait For A Good Long Time To Get My FOOD.

Slowest jack in the box!!! And it doesn’t matter WHAT time it is… Terrible! *I’ve waited for over 15 mins before and the line wasn’t even long. Thank goodness I had nowhere to be.

I came here just to pick something up before I got home when I came in I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order and when I did the cashier barely payed any attention to my order after 10 minutes of waiting I found out they completely disregarded my order and hadn’t even started. I was very frustrated but I guess they were having a bad day. When I finally got my order the chicken nuggets were soggy and the curly fries were cold and to top that off the soda was watered down. My breaking point was when I asked for some honey mustard and without even looking the lady said they didn’t have any she then basically forced me to take ranch which I hate. I will not be going back and it isn’t worth the wait whatsoever

I’ve been through here before a few times and it was OK, but what happened the other day needs to never happen again. The line was a little long when I ordered at the drive-through, but I expected it to move at some point. It didn’t. At all. For over ten minutes. The person behind me finally backed out. When it got up to 15 minutes, I backed out as well. At the speaker, I asked what the heck was going on. Shift change plus a large order, I was told. Well, can’t you have the large order pull forward so the rest of us can get our small orders? No, I was told, because… I stopped listening at that point, because there was no possible reason I would have accepted for not having the large order pull forward and taking care of the small orders. I gave it one more shot and went inside. Surely my Breakfast Jack had been prepared in the span of 15 minutes and I could get it and pay for it inside? You’d think? Nope. I’d recommend never getting into the drive-through line. I’m just lucky the person behind me backed out, or who knows how long I would have been stuck there. If you must get food from here, go inside. At least you’ll be able to escape if necessary.

The drive thru speaker was working intermittently when I placed my order(the speaker needed repair). I got to the window and by then I had confirmed my order twice. I repeated it a third time at the window. I asked for ice water and specifically stated ketchup and cheese only on my Big Texas Cheeseburger. I also asked for four tacos. They were correct in making the tacos. They did not give me the ice water and the burger was not made correctly. I do not like pickles or mustard. I was disappointed with the service I received. The drive thru attendant was nice enough, but two parts of my order were incorrect. I did not receive my drink. I will not be revisiting this location. This Jack In The Box needs to work on their facility and order accuracy.

While this Jack In The Box serves food that is on par for this chain, which is better than a lot of other fast food places, it is incredibly slow. The time frame is actually comparable to slow motion. Out of the four times I’ve been here, each visit seems to move at a slower pace. It begins in the drive through. It takes what seems like a few minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. I’ve had to also repeat my order a few times on more than one occasion before they can get it underway. Maybe I’m talking too fast? Slow seems to be key here. At the window, ringing up the order is also a leisurely process as well as requiring order confirmation again. Payment along with bagging and handing the food to me can’t be rushed, either. While this may fall under the annoyance category, I am willing to be patient and give this Jack an A-OK because the employees always apologize for the long wait, are very friendly and my order, so far, has always been correct. The timeliness is the only problem I’ve encountered here. I probably would come here again when I am in the area and have extra time to wait. The consistency and food quality is good as far as fast food goes. Everything is always hot and made to order. This location just needs to, pardon the goofy pun, jack up their speed and they could be four stars.

There are not too many places open around here late so considering this is fast food and the lack of other options for a quick late night snack, it is ok. I mainly like this location for the service and unlike other fast food places they never seem to mess up my order.

I used to go here back in the day when I was in High School. One of the reasons I graduated being massively overweight… well, that and not exercising and watching too much damn tv and playing video games. Anyway, just a pretty standard clean Jack In the Box. I don’t think I ever was treated wrong by this place. I really liked stopping here after working at the ice cream shop. Pretty bad I know. I would pick up 2 jumbo jacks for a buck each, and also a curly fry, and top them off with the butter milk ranch dressing. So damn good. I wish they had this chain on the East Coast. I guess you really don’t know what you have until its gone. On the plus side, I’m in shape now. I went from dud to stud, I guess your environment does have alot to play in how you are.
