This guy should not be allowed to practice medicine in a third world country. He is careless, unresponsive, and put the wrong stint in me! Stay away from this quack. He cost my insurance tens of thousands of extra dollars because of incompetence and weeks of additional pain. He should be called into question for his incompetence. My neighbor also had a bad experience, but was fortunate enough to walk away. Dr. Pham is the guy to go to in the Sugar Land area. He fixed all of Ogletree’s screw-​ups.
