This is my absolute favorite location in Sugar Land Missouri City area. I have three kids, hence only use drive thru’s. But When I have a little extra time or I’m having a day where I need my coffee on point I drive to this location, passing at least 5 – 6 locations I can think of. They are friendly and fast and they know their drinks, which always taste perfect the consistency is right and the drinks always look good. Love how they still drizzle the chocolate as opposed to pump it on. Hey you eat with your eyes first!

I’m giving them a 1 star because this review is based on one very rude individual at this location. Never going to this location again. Lost my business. And I go to Starbucks a LOT. Avoid this location! Don’t bring your kids! My niece who was with me told her mom she thought I was in trouble since some man behind the counter was yelling at me. I ordered a vanilla frap(basic order). Mind you I also order 4 other drinks for my large group. My order came out as a vanilla BEAN frap. It had my name, but it wasn’t my order. I remember thinking, «ok…they seem busy, I’m going to wait until the rest of my order comes out and ask about my vanilla frap»…I tell the barista that was working the window that my vanilla frap hasn’t come out… and he loudly(and in a rude tone) says«what was your order? check your receipt to confirm what you ordered.» …I also order via mobile app, so I have no receipt. The guy goes to the POS system and prints a new receipt… explains to me that I need to make sure I order a vanilla COFFEE frap instead of just saying vanilla frap(???). I have ordered a vanilla frap multiple times and I’ve never encountered a problem. I asked him if that particular drink has changed… and he(again very rudely) says the other Starbucks I go to must already know how I like my fraps(??)…so then he holds the incorrect vanilla bean frap up and shouts out(where the ENTIRE store can hear and is staring at me and him)…“so do you want this vanilla bean or a vanilla coffee?“ He eventually got my correct vanilla COFFEE frap. Btw — -anytime my order comes out wrong(which doesn’t happen often, but it happens)…the baristas ALWAYS say they’ll make a new one on the spot and apologize for the wait… they don’t rudely ask me to check my receipt… and yell at me in front of the entire store. I had my family and 19 month old son there… AND my cousins with 3 young girls… I did not want to add more fuel to this fire, but his rude tone and behavior was unnecessary… unprofessional and very inappropriate at a FAMILY friendly establishment. Im a kindergarten teacher and that kind of behavior is 100% not ok in my classroom. I get if he’s stressed out since it was busy… but that was some horrible customer service.

Staff were quite nice. They bad a extremely wobbly table and right when I placed my drink on the table it slid off. And of course the drink was on the floor. Luckily the staff cleaned the mess in a quick second.

Hmmm. Ordered by phone ahead and they hadn’t even pulled ticket after going in to bathroom. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Their main guy did not apologize and seemed like didn’t care.

This is my drive thru every morning. Love service and nice staff. There are Starbucks on every corner, but this is my favorite.

Compared to other Starbucks locations, this one seems older and has poor service. Some of the baristas were insensitive to the customers, yelling at one another and such. The parking spaces closest to the Starbucks either had a 5 or 30 min limit, so beware! Also, it was really small on the inside, so the whole place seemed very closed in and uncomfortable for everyone. Definitely not my place of choice to study or hang out with friends, unless you can grab some of the seats outside on a beautiful day.

I would give this place a higher score except the drive thru is ALWAYS backed up. It really does not matter what time you come. The staff seems overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the drive thru demand.

Heading to my son’s ortho appointment this morning I had a few minutes to kill so I decided to swing into the Star Bucks on Sweetwater Blvd. this place is busy in the mornings! But what I found nice about this place are the smiles and cheery attitudes in spite of the busyness. This made the experience much more pleasant! Hey…90% of it is customer service for me. I decided to order a chestnut praline latte… a seasonal selection and surprisingly it was very good! Not too sweet but just right! They have seasoned and experienced baristas here I can tell. Well staffed and efficient I was pretty impressed with this location. Especially for a busy morning with demanding customers. They must have a pretty good reputation because it seemed like there were plenty of regulars. Their drive thru was pretty busy too! The only ding I would give them is it seemed kind of cramped to me but for a Star Bucks I think it’s just their standard smaller store. I guess I’m spoiled by places like Minuti Coffee where you feel like you can spread your wings. For an in and out quick to go place this is perfect but I doubt I would study here or meet a friend here.

Service here has consistently declined in the last several years. Staff often seem overwhelmed during high-traffic times, despite having more baristas and hands on deck. This translates into hit-or-miss accuracy in drink orders, even with basic ones — is my order of a Tall Dark Roast w NO room TOO tall of an order(pun intended)?? I swing by this Starbucks because it’s convenient in location, always believing it will just be a quick stop, but every visit, something needs to be corrected with at least one drink, and really, no one has the time for that. If you’re looking to meet a friend or have a leisurely morning at the patio here, then sure. What’s an extra ten minutes or so to wait in line, get your drink, awkwardly ask for the drink to be corrected, and wait for your drink again? But if you’re looking for a place to grab your morning cuppa joe on your way to work or run errands, then it’s faster to just go across the street to the Starbucks in Krogers.

It’s disappointing when customer service becomes not a priority. Like I said in a previous review, I come here almost everyday. I am not sure if I have become«that customer» that they stopped caring to the point of not even flashing a smile. I’ve waited three months to write this review because I understand that people just have bad days but this has been on-going. I will continue going to this Starbucks but please realize that most people listen to your voice/see your face and that is the start of their morning.

Good customer service and they have a quick drive thru. There are several small tables inside if you want to sit and have a drink. This location is easy to get to and pretty close to 59 if you want something quick.

An alright Starbucks as chains go and all that, but the service is sub-par. The lines are always long, as there are at most Starbucks, but unlike others, the line moves unbearably slowly. I have also asked for a cup of water before, only to wait for 5 minutes in the drive-thru and finally leave because no one came back to the window(even though there was a line behind me) … I guess putting together a cup of water is above their paygrade.

Great location, I love my iced caramel macchiato! The staff makes your drinks perfect almost every single time. Drive thru is ridiculously long at times. I wish the inside wasn’t so narrow to walk in, and it’s not so cozy inside like other locations.

The location is close to some restaurants and shops. Not bad location overall. The interior is pretty«chill.» The entire area is a bit small though. There is limited seating and even more limited when it comes to plugs(hope you have Macs/good battery life.) Even more troubling is the lack of parking that can be found sometimes. This is especially prevalent after 12pm. If you are hoping to come by here to relax or study, you better hope you get lucky. The drinks are all standardized, just like any other Starbucks. The baristas are friendly. Bonus: This place does a drive-through. It’s a poor way to compensate for the lack of seating but it does probably create more room in-store. All in all, great place for pickup, not so much for chilling/hanging out

Over the year I’ve lived in Texas, this location has grown on me. The staff is generally friendly and I finally feel at home. The Starbucks I left in California was hard to beat. But this place is ok for Texas! Enjoying an after dinner coffee treat. Bring your iPad and chill here for some down time.

Went here earlier today. Actually, this is the location I always go to because it’s close to work for me and I love drive thru. The people here are very friendly to their customers from what I have noticed! Very quick and friendly!

25 minutes to get a drink in the drive-through. I’ll put this down on the list of places I’ll never return to. That’s 25 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. There are shorter lines at Disney World in the summer. Finally I get up to the window and there’s nobody there my drink is on the counter she comes back give me a half smile is 319 hands me my card and my drink no goodbye nothing

The Sweetwater Starbucks has a small storefront but is long and narrow inside. The narrowness is only annoying when there’s a line of customers standing at the counter inside. You squeeze your way through to the back if there’s no seating at the front. This Starbucks is small to medium-sized. There are a lot of tables along that long wall, but some tables are awkward to sit at if there is a long line of customers standing and hovering next to you. The front has some four-person tables and small tables. There are a few couches in the back as well as a few more small, two-person tables. Unless you can get a table, this Starbucks is not an ideal place for someone to work on a laptop at. The baristas are nice. There is a drivethrough. There’s plenty of parking. The only question is if there will be plenty of seating indoors on a rainy day. This Starbucks is located on the Northeast quadrant of the Sweetwater @ Lexington intersection. I prefer the Hwy 6 @ Dulles location even though it’s farther away for me because that location’s layout is more open.

This review is for service. I ordered two travelers to go for work from here for a Friday morning. Got there at the time that I specified and discovered that neither traveler was ready. They had run out of containers, and the manager had to go out for more. It would have not been a big deal except for the fact that it made me 15 minutes late and not a single person apologized for this mistake even when I called the order in more than two days in advance. Would not recommend this location for advance orders as they seem quite unorganized.

When I think of great coffee, I’m not usually one to choose Starbucks first. Even with their Frappuccino’s, they don’t usually crush the ice enough to make them smooth based on my past experience. But, I do love the fact that every now and then, they’d have a Groupon deal where you can get $ 10 worth of drinks for just $ 5. Plus, since my Groupon was expiring soon, I had to use it up for something. Now, the Groupon deal you usually see online only applies to «freestanding» Starbucks locations — not ones located in grocery stores, like Kroger. They had 2 returning and 1 new Frappuccino flavor: Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, and the Caffè Espresso Frappuccino. All were made well by the baristas at this Starbucks location. There were no large ice chunks leftover. Flavorwise, all were good beverages. I didn’t drink the coffee Frappuccino’s, but opted to order the Tazo Chai Frappuccino. This was also equally good in my opinion. The only thing I had a gripe about was the parking. I tried to avoid parking in the doctor’s office parking lot next door, like other Unilocalers have recommended. Instead, we parked in the bank parking lot for only a little while and left ASAP, in case they were going to tow our car. So, try coming during off peak hours if you can.
