Recently, my husband had a infected bump on his arm, he went to 411 urgent care– it ended up being quickly diagnosed as a sebaceous cyst and was promptly removed by a very capable PA. It is our 3 visit to this facility and I have been very impressed every time. Thank you so much for the great care and being there for those of us that don’t want to sit half the night in an ER and spend half a months salary for a simple process.

Many times people are not in the best of mood when they go to the doctor. They are in pain, they are irrational and there for the doctors help and comfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has other options. I could go on and write a story about how poorly I was treated in this place. *Upon arriving I was not greeted in a polite manner, I was told to enter room 2 the doctor was on his cellphone and told me to sit. Then as I was explaining things to him he continued texting on his phone. *I was never once greeted by him, nor informed of his name. Nor was his English understandable. *The nurses all seemed miserable and as I was in the room crying once the doctor left and left the door wide open, not once was I asked if I needed anything, they all just took turns looking and walking past. Oh and the doctor was yelling and cursing at them. * by the time I went by to my «3rd» visit same day. I realized that I was being charged each time I walked into that office even tho they do not have the proper machines and had to send me else where and I had to drive in pain back and fourth. * finally Monday morning, still sick and in complete pain I went to MY doctor. I arrived 30 mins early so I could contact 441URGENTCARE to get all of my test and results that they had done transferred. 6 calls and 3 hours later… We still had nothing and decided to run the test over again from scratch. So if your interested in becoming a very broke person, along with your sickness not being treated. This is the place for you!

I am a physician in the villages and I always refer to 441 urgent care. This is the most caring and comforting urgent care in central Florida. I highly recommend John and Adam Santos.

We were visiting from out of town when my spouse became sick — I found this place on Unilocal as the closest location for urgent care. What a blessing this was– Dr. Santos & his staff were extremely pleasant, efficient & professional– Dr. Santos quickly diagnosed the issue & was just wonderful to us. I highly recommend them & am grateful we found them.

I’ve only been sick twice in 7 years and both times I’ve visited this urgent care. Never had to wait long and the staff is pretty friendly. They also have events in the parking lot often to keep in touch with the community… not many doctors do that these days… I highly recommend this business!

I was only in this office for a maximum of 5 minutes. There weren’t any other patients in the office and I was rushed out of there so quickly I felt that I received really sub par care. I was encouraged to «keep filling out the paperwork» as the doctor jammed the scope into my ears and briefly looked at my throat, not even looking at my sinuses that were bothering me. As an uninsured person, my visit was 90 dollars. I called back telling them I was still sick after taking the round of antibiotics prescribed and the the secretary continued to talk to someone else while I was on the line and explained that«she was just a secretary» when I told her I did not want to come back and pay another 90 dollars for sub par care. I asked to speak with a doctor and she said«she’s busy with other patients» and gave me no other options, so I hung up. Very unprofessional.

I have gone to Urgent Care 441 about 8 times in the past 2 years. It has become an industry more interested in your dollars than your care. I went in for a cortisone shot and it was not done well. Seemed John Santos was he was reluctant inexperienced. Three days later, I called to ask for therapy script. I was told that I had to come in and see Santos again. I went in to get script for therapy and he wanted to charge my insurance again. I refused and he did not give me script. After calling my insurance company about physical therapy, I come to find out that it is unnecessary for me to get a referral from the Doctor. Needless to say, we both agreed NOT to go back there. Easy decision. I had heard of problems from a previous employee but I soon found out myself. I would not recommend this place.
