Worst experience ever with a contractor and I’ve used many. Seven months on a 1 ½ month job. Lost use of house FOR AN ENTIRE SUMMER. They never did finish. Dropped counter and broke cabinet. Poor quality. Installer walked off job in dispute with this company. Left house a dusty mess and too many problems to list. Scratched window, ran over sprinkler system of in flower bed with vehicles, dirt on white shades that couldn’t be cleaned or fixed. Had to hire lawyer.

Another great installation from this company! They had done all the other counters in our kitchen. This was the last tile one. David loaned me a grinding wheel from the shop so I could grind out the thinset left over from the tiles. Greg and Adrian were the installers and they were extremely detail oriented. When the granite pushed too close against the fridge, they pulled it out, cut it and polished it on the spot. I got a great course in granite polishing. They discovered that 36 years ago, we had not centered the sink on the cabinet, so they corrected that, having to do some woodworking as well as stone-​working. The plywood at the back of the sink had a slight hump that would have broken the granite. They discovered that and took care of the problem. They had to do 4 small seams and one large one, so it was a very complex job that took most of a day. They put back a massive cast iron sink that takes two strong people to lift, and seated it properly. No more tile grout on the kitchen icounters. Everything looks great. I am so happy!

Everyone at this company has been wonderful. I loved picking out our granite. The price was very good. I was so happy to get an undercount kitchen snk. They did solid section no seems I was amazed. Would definitely call this company again.

They are only getting a 2 star because the final installation was fine. Otherwise, I would be giving them a 1 star based upon follow through, customer service, and quality of performance. This place was a joke! I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I have never worked with a company as dysfunctional and unorganized as this. If you don’t mind waiting nearly 3 MONTHS to get a shower project completed then go with these guys. Otherwise, I would recommend you look elsewhere for people who actually follow up and keep on a schedule to get your project completed. I lived for 3 months without my primary bathroom. In addition, no precaution was taken to keep dust from other areas of my home and nothing was put down to protect our carpets, so I have been living in a dust bowl as well. In addition, every time someone was sent out it was a different person that didn’t know where the last person left off on the project. Because of the lack of continuity in staff there was an error in cutting the materials which caused a further delay as more product had to be ordered. Also, the original templates that were provided were lost (they were given directly to the owner) and so that created even more delay. We had anticipated getting our home on the market 2 months ago and this fiasco has delayed us tremendously. I would never use these guys again. EVER!!!
