I recently moved to the area and needed to find a closer doctor for me and my daughter. I called about a month and a half in advance and set appointments for both of us. This particular office is a family practice so I thought it was convenient.
3 weeks before my appointment I received a call in the morning to see if I wanted to come in (that morning) but I couldn’t make it.
2 weeks before my appointment they called me again on a Friday to see if i wanted to bring my daughter on Monday. I agreed and even stopped by and picked up the packets for both of us so it wouldn’t take as long.
That Monday I went in 20 min before my appointment, handed the packets over and sat down. 2 people were ahead of me. I waited about 1 ½ hr and in that time 3 more people came and got seen before us. I asked the front office lady what was going on and her reply was that they were short and only had 2 doctors.
I waited 10 more minutes and decided it was too long to wait so I canceled and went home.
If they were short the least they could’ve done was inform me so I could reschedule, not let me sit there and wait over an hour.
Even though this location is close to home, I rather drive to an office that’s not going to keep me in the dark. Will not return
