I have been there twice and all I will never shop there again. The store is not organized at all and the customer service is very bad. The employees don’t want to help you look for something and have a very bad attitude.
I will recommend you to go to different location.

I had ordered some clothes during Carter’s Black Friday promos and had it shipped to this store. I had received a confirmation email stating that my package had arrived. So I waited until the next day to go pick it up since it was on the way to an event I was attending. Long story short, the clerk said my package wasn’t at her store only after looking in the back storage room for about 5 minutes.
First of all, this store is a hot mess. Clothes are strewn every where and all over the counters. There’s a sign that says «line starts here» in English and Spanish but I guess doesn’t mean anything to anyone. The clerk kept insisting that my confirmation email was lying and that she wanted me to call the store in two days to see if my package had arrived. I contacted UPS and they confirmed that my package WAS delivered and was accepted by someone named GARDONO on said confirmation.
Whatever. So I finally got my package. Store still looked like a hot mess. Get your store together.
