Domino’s Pizza

Just ordered delivery yesterday and was very impressed w the service! Sure, it’s delivery cardboard pizza and that can only get so good, but this location was very friendly, the food well prepared, and I got my food within 30 minutes!

Now I remember why I never get pizza at dominos. Terribly rude employees, extremely slow service, and I didn’t even get what I wanted! Literally just wanted a late night pizza real quick and ended up waiting in front of the store (coz it was late night and they were closing) in my car for over half an hour! NEVER GO HERE!!!

I haven’t been to a Dominos in a many years. I figured why not try it again. I called the store and placed my order. I got to the store in 15 minutes and sat on the red bench and waited. 20 minutes later, after hearing a lot of cussing from the kitchen, one of the employees told me that they had messed up my order and forgot to put in part of it. I asked him if they were going to do anything to compensate me and he went to talk to a guy in a all black shirt «manager». This was the guy that was cussing, yelling and belittling all the associates there. He didn’t even look at me. After another 20 minutes of waiting, the guy in all black, came up to me with my food and gave me a total, which was $ 4 off. No hi. No sorry. Nothing but my total. I gave him my money and he put my change on top of my pizza box, and left. No thank you. No goodnight. What a Jerk. This guy doesn’t belong in a leadership role. On a bright side, my food was great.

Horrible service, rude employees. Messed up our order twice. Took forever. Will not be returning

I went to get a pizza & the girl told me it was going to be 20m & it took 40m to give me 1 large pizza. But I didn’t notice I was there that long. She apologized and gave me a sprite soda that was very nice of her. Thank you very much.

You know, it’s Dominos so I didn’t have the highest expectations, but really they have surpassed other pizza places in town. As another reviewer remarked, they have stepped up their game. I would agree 100% that as a franchise they have better pizza, better quality of ingredients than in the past.
What makes THIS particular location better is the service — they are fast, they are friendly. They care.
Tonite I ordered a pizza and the jalapeño bread, (which we love) and they sent the wrong bread and I was disappointed because I don’t normally order the bread so tonight was a treat. I sent feedback online and said they sent the wrong bread, but I would still SO recommend this place. I got a call within 5 MINUTES — I kid you not. They said they were sorry and would I like the right bread sent out or would I like it next time… I was shocked first of all… that they got the feedback and cared enough to call and apologize, but to try to make amends within 5 minutes was amazing.
So they have my continued business and I appreciate the food and the service!

Domino’s I love you! And I love you even more when you deliver to my house! The pizza is great, love the crust, can’t get enough of it! Keep up the good work!
