El Chico Auto Wrecking

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse customer service. Kept getting the run around from Aaron. Was scheduled for a delivery on Saturday, Was told several times that it would be delivered throughout the day and no one showed up. Called again Monday and they same thing all over again. I’d had to now cancel twice on my mechanic who is charging me an extra $ 50 for each wasted day. Thanks Chico’s for having the worse customer service in the industry

This guy Arin wasted my time, and lied repeatedly about interest in a vehicle I wanted to have picked up. He went so far as to actually have some unscrupulous tow truck driver from Monges Brothers Towing call me and jerk me around on an agreed upon price, set up a time to come out, then TOTALLY flake. It was a SCAM right from the start. I gave El Chico accurate info about the vehicle, then the sent it off to this shady guy who actually had the nerve to text me asking all kinds of questions (I saved these). I called El Chico back, and then Arin tells me «Oh no, what is he doing?» «That’s not right» Oh, I’ll call him, don’t worry” «We’re coming out» when it was all a SCAM from the start. Don’t deal with these guys, there are more direct and reputable companies out there. If they didn’t want the vehicle they could have said so right from the start. It was a TOTAL waste of time.

Arin is a great guy very helpful and knowledgeable, if you need parts call him up.
