Many mistakes made at the pharmacy department. I was told to come Monday for medication. I came in on Monday and was told a mistake was made and to come back Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told the same thing and to come back Wednesday. Same thing happened on Wednesday. On Wednesday I was told to come back Thursday. This is a medication that I ran out of and really need so I am very upset. When I asked the pharmacist why this happened, she simply said, «Because my staff doesn’t know how to count». Please Rite Aid, hire people who know how to count!!!

This is one of the more less updated locations. The selection is decent. Friendly pharmacy. The general staff usually changes every time I go with 1 or 2 «long term» employees; which is understandable. They close later than they used to which is a plus. Clean store, stocked well.

Constantly slow and incompetent service with the exception of the pharmacy staff. Have tried ordering pictures to this location multiple times and it never works with no answers, explanation, refund or notice. And they shut down their RF pay because Rite Aid is one of the retailers trying to force CurrentC on us. That was the ONE cool thing about going there. Terrible store. I award it zero stars, and my we all have mercy on its soul.

I come here often for light shopping as I never have a problem throwing my dog in his carrier and walking through when we’re on our way back home from the dog run. It’s convenient for not needing to drop him back off home. He’s happy to pop his head out of the bag and look around, I’m happy that he can stay with me. Another thing that I really enjoy about this location is that they have a good selection of black hair care products. I come here to pick up ORS Olive Oil hair products. I like knowing that I can find the brands that I like close to home at the same place that I can pick up treats for Riku and get my candy fix. It’s always clean and organized. The employees are always visible and available if you have a question. Getting in, getting what I need, and getting checked out is a fast process. Definitely the best pharmacy in the area.

I think it’s silly of me to rate a pharmacy, but with several of the posted comments of this particular Rite Aid… I actually didn’t care for coming here. I have a Duane Reed that is closer to me which is maybe why I had no need to visit this Rite Aid anyhow. However, I found myself needing a few things after leaving the MET Grocery store across the street. Upon entering I felt the need to brace myself for the worst. By the end… I saw no roaches. Everything was organized. It wasn’t overcrowded. It actually was the cleanest rite aid I’d ever been to. I actually think I prefer coming here instead of the CVS on the queens blvd. Which says a lot b/c CVS is actually my favorite pharmacy. All this to say… you won’t be disappointed. This is a very nice and clean pharmacy with friendly cashiers.

This store is spacious, never too crowded, and the staff are always friendly. They make an effort to get you checked out quickly. I’ve never seen a roach in the place.

Can someone please explain to me how a pharmacy does not have TYLENOL? This place is not well taken care of, and the aisles are a mess. I came here because I had to pick up some fruit at Met and this place is right across the street. I usually go to the Duane Reede on 48th Street. I will not be coming here again.

Spacious Rite-Aid, and I didn’t see any roaches. They must have gotten that problem fixed.

Didn’t see any roaches, and it’s about a half-block away. To the ex-Manhattaner, this place has good prices in general, wide aisles, occasionally silly low(read: less NYC-like) beer prices, and friendly(under)staff(ed).

This is officially the grossest, nastiest, most amazingly awful Rite Aid I have been privy to in my life. I don’t particularly care for Rite Aid in general, but this is just plain disgusting. I wandered in here and saw several roaches running around. Amazed, I asked a manager how they could just let roaches run around a pharmacy. He told me it was because of the restaurant next door. They are next door to a tax place… which apparently doubles a secret restaurant? Whatever. I stopped in a while ago in hopes that things had changed, but no. Literally, there are roaches just hanging out everywhere. By the register, by the pharmacy, whatever. Maybe it’s their preferred clientele, in any case, I don’t see myself ever returning.
