This place has pretty much everything and is a great convenience to have if you live in one of the neighboring buildings. Some things are a little pricy, but you are paying for the convenience, after all, and most prices are comparable or even a little less than the supermarket, so it pretty much evens out. It’s a little dingy and dim but not dirty and I haven’t had any problems with expired food. They seem to be open 24÷7− 365.

Very convenient as it’s right next to my building. It’s rather small, so the selection isn’t very big, but it’s always open. I wouldn’t do all of my grocery shopping here, but it’s good for small purchases.

This market has a little bit of everything. A decent produce section, a variety of ethnic food, and a dedicated seafood corner. Residents of the hood are very fortunate to be around so many different grocery options, Sunnyside Market is a valuable contributor to this mix. Run by a nice Korean family, I’ve always had good service here. They’ve been helpful at locating various spices and items I wouldn’t find in most regular stores. Like most Asian run markets, there is always a cat running around here. One thing I find myself here for is their excellent selection of Korean ramen located in the back. Prices seem reasonable here and they’re open a tad later than most other markets.
