Ms. Malory gave a piano lesson my young kid for 8 months two year ago. In the beginning, my kid enjoyed playing piano but (after few months) finally ended up not liking it. My kid still loves playing piano at home but doesn’t want to go to this school. They really care about payments and late fees but don’t care about keeping a kid’s passion/​attention on music. I felt their superficial attitude on their students without warm engagement and musical passion. If you look for a good music school where your young angel engages with delightful music experience, I don’t recommend Gloria School of Music & Arts.

Very good school for any age! l! The school has a great teem of teachers and instructors. The staff is very friendly and professional. My daughter was taking classes there and she loved it. Her teacher is very dedicated, patient and inspiring! I highly recommend the school to any age.

I’ve been bringing 2 of my kids to Gloria School of Music for 3 years now and have only great things to say! All of the teachers there are top notch professionals — Russian and European trained, most have Master’s Degrees. My children made terrific progress, because their teachers motivate them to practice at home. Also the facility is very nice — newly remodeled with spacious clean classrooms, I always feel like home there while waiting for my kids. If you’re looking for high quality education I highly recommend Gloria School of Music.

I have been taking Art lessons here since the art lessons began at Gloria music school. The art teacher is amazing at her job. She taught me so many new tips and tricks about art. After some tough months of learning how to draw a person, I finally got it down. Her teaching is incredible. I can’t wait to learn more about art! Some other things about the school are the receptionist. Yana, the receptionist is super sweet and she offers classes without pushing you to take them. She only asks for payments when needed, and if there is a problem with a class or teacher, she always fixes it and makes sure you have a good quality experience at the school. I always look forward to coming to the school! Thank you for such an amazing experience at this school!

My son started at age of 7 as a complete beginner and has been learning violin here for 2 years. His violin teacher is extremely passionate about music. He also is patient, kind, friendly, and playful at times (to cheer my son up when he gets upset mistakes he already made 10 times). At the same time, he is very serious about correct postures, sound quality, pitch, rhythm… etc, and he sets high expectations for my son. Now my son is able to play sophisticated classical pieces (inviting WOW’s from family and friends) as well as pop songs by the ear (e.g. Star Wars Imperial March). Overall, I am very pleased with his progress. It has been a rewarding and enjoyable experience!
My experience with the owner, Mr. Vladimir, is totally different from the other reviewer. I find Mr. Vladimir to be courteous, friendly, and helpful. On one occasion I forgot to bring the violin and on another occasion I forgot to come to a make-​up lesson. Both times he kindly offered to make up the lesson although it was entirely my fault. He has never requested a payment from me as I always pay on time. Although he is from Russia, he speaks English perfectly well and I never had a communication problem with him.

I had to give one star because it was the only way I could write a review. The owner Vladimir is super rude here! I’m a nanny and I dislike how every time I come here he seems to give me crap for everything. He laughs when checks are written wrong by my boss. Instead of laughing, he should just say it in a polite manner. I highly do not recommend parents to bring their kids here! Also, he speaks Russian, and I often feel I am spoken bad about with others when around because he is always requesting payments.
