*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER* I had a second appointment with Gloria that I’ve been patiently waiting for for 3 weeks and on the day of I was very excited to see her so
I can start my counseling. I walk into the office and no receptionist is to be found. After waiting to be helped, another counselor walks out asking if I have an appointment. He asks with which counselor and Gloria comes out asking what my name was. After telling her she says I am not in the appointment book due to a «switching of their new calendar application.» A family of 3 is standing behind me as Gloria is saying that they have my appointment. As I’m standing there confused, she has the audacity to ask me «do you want to talk to this guy instead??» After hearing that, I was offended at the fact that I was her patient and she forgot all about me and was so quick to pass me on to someone I’ve never seen before or spoken to. And when the other counselor says to Gloria, «well I can talk to the family and you can talk to your patient» she says «no ! I have to speak this patient, not her.» I was stunned and decided then to just leave. WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. They handled this situation all wrong and I will no longer be going back.
