This review recoeved 5 stars for the web site of this business owner as I have not tasted her food. As someone who is in the same type of business, I think it is really unfair for her to be reviewed and critiqued by a patron who admits that they dont know exactly what the food was supposed to taste like but, feel they can give it a low rating. If you dont know what it is supposed to be like-​dont judge!

i like asian food and challenged her to do asian,
the hoisin chicken — not enough chicken and nothing special, have never had hoisin chicken so not sure what it is supposed to be
chicken parmagiana — not sure what it is supposed to taste like but I like more red sauce than provided
chap jae — ok
singapore noodles — not evenly curried, but good
thuk — did not know how to prepare it. i am 99% sure it is supposed to be cut into ovals not just one long thick 1inch diameter noodle…
great concept, good website. not sure about other food b/​c that is all that I tried.
