I’ve been here twice now and have noticed no difference between this location and other Starbucks. The employees are fast and efficient enough for my tastes. The lattes I’ve purchased taste like cookie-cutter Starbucks lattes… I gave it 5-stars to balance out the poor reviews, because I almost skipped this place based on its rating.

Overall the staff just sucks. Most of the girls/women who work there are just flat out rude and slow… Standing around while there is a line just talking and wasting everyone’s time. I get there are behind the scenes tasks that need to get done that we customers don’t always see-but when they’re literally not doing anything while they’re standing there bullshitting with each, then that is a whole different story. I’ve only seen one guy when I go there most of the time and he is actually a sight for sore eyes when we see him. I think his name is Richard(?) but he is quick, attentive, and will run between different tasks to make up for how slow his female coworkers are. If it wasn’t for him, we would pretty much walk out 90% of the time we go to this location, and honestly sometimes when we see he isn’t there, we actually do. He is basically the only reason this Starbucks is getting any stars…

This is the best Starbucks in the United States. Sure, it gets busy b’cuz it’s employees are so amazing and the location is great. For all you dim wads that want to complain about THAT then go somewhere else and stop complaining. The employees here are warm, kind, inviting and FUNNY! Sometimes I stop by just to say«Hey» b’cuz everyone is so kind to me. I absolutely love this store. If I could reward all the employees here I would. BESTATTITUDESEVERRRRRRRR!!!

I like the new Starbucks ordering on their app, so I don’t have to wait in line, but I’ve never had a consistent experience when picking up my drink from the bar. Sometimes it’s just sitting there for the taking when I arrive. Other times it’s behind, and I have to flag down a barista to get my drink in the back for me, which is harder than it sounds because they’re so busy making drinks they don’t look up to see you trying to get their attention.

This Starbucks is my favorite location to go to. The drinks are always consistent, thank god; my simple iced coffee with cream & sweetener never tastes the same at the other locations.

I ordered a venti, but when the ice is gone it’s a grande. Now to be clear, if I did order an ice drink then I ask for it lite ice, because I want more of the drink than water. The guy made my drink wrong twice. I know they are busy, but I asked for a venti green tea latte but he made me an iced green tea. He went back to make the drink and it was the latte version I wanted but it turned out to be iced… I wanted a hot drink. He offered to make it again but I don’t have time, I was in a rush, and I’m not trying to hold up others trying to get their drinks. I honestly don’t want my drink anymore and it’s a wasted $ 4.45. So next time I should only go to Starbucks when I’m not in a rush.

Report card Ambience — 4⁄5 Service — 5⁄5 Variety — 3⁄5 Taste — 4⁄5 Value for money — 5⁄5 I usually go to this particular Starbucks when I am late to work/early from work :) Like all the other outlets, this one is also a major attraction for the caffeine lovers more so because of the various offices in the vicinity. It also provides hassle free and easy to carry snack options for anyone who is in hurry.

This review is mostly regarding the customer service. One individual in particular. Coffee is OK. Had my first run in with her on Saturday July 4th. So, I usually order an Iced Grande Americano(which is 2 shots of espresso, water, and ice) but in a Venti cup(so I have extra room for cream and more ice) On this day I was in desperate need of that extra shot so I asked my Barista for an Iced Venti Americano(which is 3 shots of espresso, water, and ice) but asked her if she could put it in a «Trenta» cup(which is their 31oz cold cup for Iced coffee and tea) She looked slightly confused so I reiterated that I just wanted the extra room for ice and cream, I WASNOT requesting any extra shots. She smiled as she now understood. As she reached for the Trenta cup another employee walks by and says«NO. WECAN’T DOTHAT.» Along with myself, my Barista and two other associates all turned to look at her. I then repeated myself to who ever this other girl was, «I just want extra room. I’m not asking for extra shots.» And she says it again, even more stern: «NO. WECAN’T DOTHAT!» The others girls stayed quiet as tho this«girl» was some type of supervisor. I starting questioning why. Stating my Grande in a Venti cup scenario AND the fact that this wasn’t the first time I’ve done this. She proceeded to argue with me as she raised her voice to talk over me. Her final words were«IT’S NOTGOINGTOWORK!» I turned back to my Barista and the 2 other girls who now all had embarrassed looks on their faces. One of them even silently lipped«I’m sorry» under her breathe. So I said«OK… Then I’ll take a Venti with room please». The shop was empty. I was the only customer. You could now hear a pin drop. I was pissed but chopped it up to she was angry because it was a holiday and beautiful outside and SHE had to work. 10 days later I find myself here again. Go figure, she’s running one of the registers. I let someone go ahead of me to avoid interacting with her. I order my coffee and go wait in the sea of ppl(at least 20) I start watching my little«friend», she’s now making drinks. She never smiles. Makes the drink, calls the name, put’s it on the counter and walks away. Repeat. After about 15 minutes I hear my name, look up and see her walking away from the counter. I go to grab my cup and caramel is dripping all down the side of the cup. I look at the cup and look at her and she looks away as if I’m not even there. There’s no excuse today. It’s not a holiday. It’s Tuesday. She’s bitter and may wanna consider a career change. Maybe one where she doesn’t have to interact with the human race. This will sound negative no matter how I say it… So I will say it how I see it. She is very young and looks like a 16 yr old version of Justin Bieber with glasses. Hopefully she isn’t really part of management. The rest of the staff is pretty friendly for the most part. 1 star for them and 1 star for the decent coffee.

Went to the Starbucks this morning because my niece works right down the street and I gave her a ride to work this morning the girl that took my order was very polite but the person that was making my order was one of the rudest person I had to deal with in a long time and it took for ever to make 3 frappuccinos like 20 minutes that’s just ridiculous 20 minutes and then they taste like water and mines had three extra shots so I guess I will won’t be back there again

It’s a typical Starbucks. The line moved fast. The coffee tasted like a typical Starbucks coffee. I had the bold roast and used the app to pay. The app is convenient. Everything was a typical Starbucks.

** This review is not for the Starbucks but rather for all the Apple, LinkedIn etc employees stopping here in the morning **(take your backpacks inside with you!) My boyfriend and I were on our way to work last week and we parked our car at 9:30am and left the Starbucks at 9:34am(so for the comments about service being slow, I can’t really agree — they’ve always been quick) We came back out to the car and found the passenger side window smashed and his backpack was gone which contained a Macbook pro, iPhone and iPad. We called the police and frankly, they didn’t really do much or care. They just said«Oh yeah, this happens all the time» While I was dealing with my insurance company I saw several people get out of their cars leaving backpacks /briefcases, etc in plain view. Although you’d think a busy parking lot at 9 in the morning would be safe, unfortunately it isn’t. I just wanted to come on here and share my story in hopes of preventing this happening to someone else.

Their leadership still sucks. they always seem to have sour managers — supervisors! Not a great way to start anyones day when you have debbie downers serving you coffee or they look like they are always mad, annoyed etc.

Worst Starbucks ever. The white guy with the beard should not have this job. He is the dumbest individual to ever get a job, ever. Seriously, I cannot even believe it!!! It took him at least two minutes to write«DBS» on my breakfast sandwich bag… Erg dude you are completely retarded. Wrote my name as «Kevin» … I’m clearly a petite girl. So slow. It’s morning coffee rush. This guy is a prime example of why drugs are bad. I’ll just make my own coffee my god what a Terrible experience for such a busy location … Horrible. Never coming back to this Starbucks again.

Slowest Starbucks on earth. They typically have an average of(5) people working behind the counter, but it takes them an eternity to get drinks out. They all saunter around like they are in no hurry, while there is a line of anywhere from 25 – 30 people at any given time. You have one person making the drinks, one person pushing a button to warm things up, one person ringing people up, and two other baristas walking around like they have no idea what they’re doing. Most other Starbucks, or coffee shops in general, I’ve been to only need 2 people and operate with significantly more speed and accuracy. The barista’s here are really hit and miss. I’ve hardly ever seen any men baristas make the drinks at this Starbucks, however when they do it seems pretty on point. When it is the women, they are slow, inaccurate and rude. How does one mess up someone’s drink when the schematic for what that person ordered is written on the side of the cup you’re staring at? It’s a freaking mystery. Gave it one last shot this morning before I condemned this location. Ordered a quad tall white mocha and ran out the door to work. Got to work only to realize the drink had ZERO shots of espresso in it. It was literally a giant frothy milk with white mocha syrup. What in God’s name? Epic fail. Status: CONDEMNED PS — Sorry to the baristas at this Starbucks that are actually friendly and skillful. Your counterparts should be fired and replaced with competent alternatives.

Just one of those Starbucks, but the barista was very friendly and modern interior. I liked it. The restroom was also clean. The table and chair was comfortable. Not noisy. I wish this one was closer to my place.

Super Starbucks Fan here! Wow what a busy location and nothing but suits and laptops engage in business technology conversations. The employees are hecka fast and on point! They are friendly and work together seamlessly as one would expect at such a popular spot! The only thing that could use some help is their toilet. It could use some flushing power. Just sayin. Anywho, I did enjoy my visit at this location.

Friendly workers, but efficiency is usually hit or miss. Sometimes they’re really fast! But another time, they completely missed my order. :(barista took my order, wrote my name on a cup, and … the cup disappeared. Lines are out the door on any weekday morning or lunchtime! Recently remodeled, so now there is a long work bench and tables around the perimeter. Store itself is kinda crowded and small.

Stopped in here to get an iced coffee on my way to a computer class one afternoon. There was a long line, and it took about 15 minutes to get my drink. I ordered an iced coffee — you’d think they could crank that out faster, but there were so many other drinks in the queue ahead of mine! When I finally got it — at least the coffee was strong and tasty!

It’s Clean, it’s quiet– it’s also a tad on the smaller size of familiar Starbuck’s I’ve been to, However, the baristas are all friendly, perky and happy behind the counter. I never hear them complain about customers to each other here. This maybe a smaller location, but it’s more spacious to walk in and find a seat to sit down at. Parking lot is shared with other proprietors, but it’s decent enough to not worry about parking too far.
