I want to share with you is my experience with Sally the manager
I enjoyed all the time talking to her — special credits to Sally (as far as I know) You totally rock. Your upper manager should appreciate your hard work.
Applying and move-​in could not be easier. Sally guided me through each steps and were very patient with me. She tailor my need as much as she could. This makes me fell comfortable about the place.
When the minor issues with my apartment come up and I was able to get help within few minutes from contacting management team. You can not get better than this.

Very loud place, nasty kids screaming every single day and night. Supposed to be non smoking, but always smells like people smoking away. Management not dealing with issues and just get nothing in return. All and all, loud and far from peaceful living environment!

I’ve since moved away from Village Square Apartments. To my surprise, though it shouldn’t have been, I was charged unjustified charges for cleaning, replacement of a 3 year carpet, and some claimed of tore up vinyl in the kitchen. All charges were lies. I went back to check and you could tell that the carpet in my old unit had recently been steam clean, not replace. Stay far away, especially if Sally is still the manager.
