Yuvi Limo Service

I really dislike Unilocal. I just discovered that my review of Yuvi Limo Service was «not recommended» but they left up ONE horrible review.
Years later, I still contact Shane and use Yuvi Limo Service for all our ground transportation needs in the SF Bay Area. He’s always prompt and helpful. I just can’t say enough about the service. They’ve got several types of vehicle available, so when my boss and his family are headed out for a family vacation (more suitcases than people!!!), Shane sends the big SUV, and there’s plenty of room for all the bags, and the people to ride in comfort and safety. When I’ve got last minute changes, Shane adjusts his team and has always taken care of my executive travelers. I have even used Yuvi for my own personal travel, and what a stress reliever that is for an OCD Type A like me!

«We’ve been using Yuvi Limo for a couple years now for all our company transportation needs. Shane and his team are prompt, courteous and helpful. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to ensure my team arrived on time for flights, events etc. As a result of the great service we’ve been receiving, I even booked Yuvi for my own airport drop off and pick up for personal vacation, and loved the quick, safe trip to and from the airport.
I noticed one of the other reviews indicates they (Yuvi) never got the text… perhaps the person didn’t enter in the phone number correctly when they sent the text (?) I generally schedule with Shane directly, via email. He has always replied immediately, and confirms by phone as well. If you don’t get a confirmation within a couple of hours of your request, always assume your message didn’t make it and check with them.»

Called this company the night before for a ride to SJC, also has a cab which was a cheaper option. Told me to text my address to him, which I did after I hung up. Next morning, no pick-​up at 7:30am, called at 7:40am and he told me that he never got my text! Threw my bags in my car and flew to SJC and barely made my flight! Plenty of other companies out there, no need to deal with headaches like these! Also, company had no reviews before I posted but all of a sudden they have 3 – 5 star reviews (that have been filtered by Unilocal)!
