I asked for a list of prices for a few items over the phone because the website needs urgent upgrade for user-​friendliness — trying to get prices for several items, specially when you’re a re-​seller, can prove to be an entire day task and with poor results. The agent I got on the phone (Joyce) was extremely nice, BUT I have not received the promised email with prices. I called many times afterwards, left voice messages because the agent didn’t answer again, and still nothing. I can’t believe how these companies do not want business, you have to run after them to give it to them –and we are a re-​seller, as I mentioned, meaning LOTS OF BUSINESS.
