We hired Avitek to make sense of our wired mess done by prior technicians of our audio and video system! Albert, the technician, as soon as he looked at the mess, took charge and pulling things out and while he was doing that he was clearly explaining what they had done and the corrective measures he would take! In less than 2 hours he had the whole system rewired and working to our liking! We end up with many useless parts which they will be trashed.
His professionalism, his expertise, communication skills and patience resulted in our tremendous satisfaction of what he had done. His price was very fair.
The next day we called Albert to do another job for us. Making sense and correct the programming of our universal remote control. Again the prior technician made another of mess of that! He proceeded with his laptop to go online and reprogram the remote! Wow what a difference a much better professional technician makes. Now it is simple and uncomplicated to surf the audio and video channels!
