My iced coffee had sour milk and there was a thick lining of the sour milk at the bottom of my cup. I told them about it and it took 5+ minutes to check the milk by pouring it, frothing/heating it up, and then spilling it back out to check for thickness. I said try TASTINGIT. I’m 8mo pregnant and didn’t have time to deal with them because they were not attending to me at all so I asked for a water to wash out the sour taste and left, no refund and they didn’t change out the sour milk.

I wish I could give it –5 stars to be honest. The tall dark skin gentleman that has been there the last three times I went made me feel uncomfortable all three times. He didn’t make me feel welcomed and instead of saying anything along of lines of «hi, how may I help you?» He just stared at me until I started saying my order then he interrupted me to take care of the drive thru order. Throughout the whole interaction he probably said three words to me and none of them were thank you. The last time I went there some girl working the counter that did the same thing, didn’t say anything when I came in except stare me down until I said my order and then disappeared in the back to toast my bagel and threw the bag on the counter and then disappeared again. How can a place be open in this area with people with their kind of customer service??? Horrible.

doesn’t even deserve one star. Every time I go here there’s always different people working, no one knows what they’re doing. Tasted like they put tea in my iced coffee with cream and sugar yum and ordered a ham and cheese croissant and they didn’t toast it keep up the good work

The guy who took care of me at the drive through was lacking a personality and didn’t make my coffee right. It was very fast, though(on a Thursday at 6pm)!

When I found this DD and saw the reviews I was hesitant to stop here with my family. But we did anyways and I’m glad. It was a little busy when we got in there but the line moved fast, and the order came out fast. The gentleman who rung us up was extremely patient and helpful with explaining the rewards program. Once I got my coffee it was a little too sweet for me but they had no issue fixing it for me. Also during our stop there we used the restrooms and there were very clean! I am very happy with this place.

I agree with Crissy, there is definitely something wrong with this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m not sure if this is something all Dunkin Donuts franchises practice but have you ordered a cream or jelly filled donut recently? In all reality there is probably about 1% jelly or crème in the donut, the other 99% is just dough. This is just cheap. I’ve been back a few times to check if it was just a one time thing. NOPE. Every single time has been the same.

This Dunkin Donuts has never and probably will never be a decent franchise. Their drive-thru service is atrocious and they always screw up coffee orders. First of all, they have a perfectly fine, usable drive-through that is always busy. Do they ever actually use it? Of course not! When you pull up to the menu, they tell you to wait to order until you reach the second window. There’s no rhyme or reason for this, but it makes the line incredibly long because you have to wait until you reach the window before they start making your coffee/boxing up your donuts/whatever. Uh, hello, that kind of defeats the ENTIREPURPOSE of a drive-through! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat captive in this line for 10, 15, 20 minutes while these morons take each order individually, holding up the whole stupid line in the process. Brilliance! Second, if you enjoy DD coffee, prepare to be disappointed by the garbage they serve up here. Even if you have a certain way you like to order your coffee in terms of cream/sugar/etc. it will NEVER be served the same way. Sometimes it will be too sweet, sometimes too bitter, sometimes too watery, and sometimes you don’t even know what the heck they did to it. There is no consistency here. Ugh! Don’t throw your money away on bad quality and slow service — skip this DD!

I would rather cut off a limb than drink coffee from this Dunkin Donuts ever again. Because this was the only DD in any reasonable distance of my house for the longest time, and I brought my boss coffee every day for a good 4 – 5 month span, I have had the opportunity to suffer many times at the hands of this location.(Me without any coffee is much scarier than me with bad coffee, trust me.)(Also, I don’t think my boss has taste buds, since she kept requesting coffee from this Dunkin Donuts.) I generally saw the same girl working when I went there, and she was a lovely combination of rude and potentially retarded. It takes them forever to make any food you might make the mistake of ordering — I guess they are spending the extra time to burn it. I’ve actually seen them top off an almost full cup of regular coffee with decaf since it wasn’t quite full and they didn’t have another pot ready.(Note: Since this was going to my boss, I did not say anything.) While I can now look back fondly on the horrors of visiting this Dunkin Donuts, I would never inflict such pain on another human being. Don’t go here, for your own sake.
