I’ve been sitting in this store now for thirty minutes waiting for the manager to show up to give me a refund. The salesman here says he cannot issue a refund and I have to wait for a manager. WTF!!!
I will never shop here again. I don’t care how good their shoes are!!!

Small store packed with superior boots care, soles, shoes and accessories. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
I purchased the Moc Toe’s 1907 and it turn out it was bigger. I called them a week later and I was able to exchange it for better fit without any hazel. They informed me about their «return policy», and I accepted their terms & condt.
I highly recommend calling first to find out if they have your size beforehand. They can order your size without purchasing. If you are looking for tougher boots than Wolverine 1000 Mile, Oak Street Bootmaker, Viberg, etc… it’s worth checking out their products.

The products are insanelly good. Buy any of their boots and you will have them for life (re-​soling ready products).
If you want a good pair of boots to work or for casual wearing, this is the place to come. Marty is the man to talk to. This man is extremelly knowlegeable about all you need to get the most confortable boots for you.

I’ve never heard of Red Wing’s before but they have been around since 1905. They are known for durable, high comfort and high quailty work boots for both men and women.
My boyfriend and I came here over the weekend looking for a pair of work boots for his job. As soon as we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by the two gentleman working.
Our salesman was a darling, older gentleman named Marty. He measured my boy’s foot and talked about shoe sizing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not to mention, kind. After trying on a few, he found the perfect pair of boots. I even tried on a pair for fun and OMG were they comfy!
The prices are a little on the high side ($ 100−260ish) however, when your soles get worn, they will replace the soles & insoles for about $ 75. To be honest, they are so well made, we probably won’t be needing to take advantage of that service for quite some time.
To sum it up, if you are in a profession where you are on your feet all day (construction worker, nurse, mechanic, service man/​woman, etc) Red Wing Shoes will have something for you.
