The worst service received ever! I was greeted by a lady that seemed to be getting trained. I asked for a package to ship a laptop. She asked the manager/owner Paul Badahur to help her. He came without acknowledging me and said was going to be almost $ 22. I was surprised, looked around the store and questioned why the box was only $ 5 and bubble wrap $ 4? The only think I got was rude answers from him. I asked him to talk about it and to please check the the way he was talking to me because he was about to lose a customer. He simply said«I don’t care». I said F*%& you and left the store. I understand I shouldn’t have said those words. But definitely I am not going to be mistreated. I went to the UPS store in Nob Hill Rd and paid $ 10 less for same service.

I was skeptical to use UPS at first, as I had received dreadful service in the past from other locations, but I was a bit desperate so tried my hand here. Paul really came through and got my package to Hong Kong as quickly as possible. He was tremendously thoughtful as he considered different box sizes and pick up alternatives, and so on and so forth, to make sure all was done efficiently. Thanks guys, sincerely.

No wait at all for this location and very helpful service. I took my very oddly shaped items in, and they were able to pack and box them up very securely. Best UPS store I’ve ever been to.

Generally no line or waiting. I’m in and out. I use them to ship everything instead of the post office as the post loses things and provides little customer service. With UPS, I always get a tracking number and have never needed to contact customer service. It’s slightly more expensive, but my time and peace of mind are worth it.
