I would give this Pizza Hut a 0 stars if it would let me. My first experience the delivery driver tried walking away with a 15.00 dollar tip didn’t even ask if I wanted change until I mentioned«do you have any change». Second visit I was charged 15.00 dollars over the actual price so I filled out a review on Pizza Hut website. A few days later the manager called me and explained the extra charge and apologies were given as well she told me she would give me a 15.00 credit due to the 2 bad experiences. What would be the third visit I called and took the kid on the phone forever to get my order correct. He gave me my total and then I mentioned I had a 15.00 store credit. He replied no you only have a 9.00 dollar credit. This place has some major issue on all ends. I would strongly recommend going to dd pizza down the road where they honor what they say and employees and company don’t try to completely and constantly rip you off!

Wrongfully overcharged my credit card: This is a delivery and carryout outlet for Pizza Hut. I ordered a family meal deal a couple of weeks ago. The food was delivered and it was fine. A few days later I was looking over my credit card bill and noticed that I was charged about twice as much as I should have for my Pizza Hut order. I called and spoke to the manager. She looked up my bill and saw that I had been charged for a $ 26.89 tip on a $ 23 order. She would not credit my credit card and said I must come to the location for a cash refund. She apologized multiple times, but this is unacceptable from a business. If I had not examined my credit card bill, I would never have gotten my money back. I shouldn’t have had to drive back to the restaurant for a refund either. I was offered no other recompense.
