Pre-Spect Building Inspection & Analysis

We hired Pre-​Spect /​Rick DeBoard to inspect a cabin we were interested in purchasing. He spent a couple of hours on the property evaluating the condition of the property and inspecting pretty much everything. He did not perform a pest inspection but he can coordinate that service if you ask. He accurately pointed things out that we would not have otherwise noticed. Luckily he’s very versed in what should and should not be in a home. He was able to pin point electrical issues and recommended that we have an electrician come & replace our wiring and panels since they were known fire hazards. Rick took quite a while on a Friday afternoon with us explaining things at the cabin and provided a lengthy detailed written report the following business day. I was definitely impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. We had previously purchased a home and several costly items were missed by that inspector. Rick missed nothing. He is highly recommended for your next home or business inspection!
