Hired Atlanta Lawns to do lawn maintenance for our yard and it was a nightmare. The crew was supposed to come out weekly and routinely didn’t show up. Never communicated when they were or were not going to come and when asked about it (when they did finally show up) gave excuses about the weather, personnel issues, equipment failures, etc. On top of that, the owner of the company yelled at me and told me how hard they work when I told them I wasn’t going to pay for the full month since they had missed so many days. The final straw for this review was when they just completely stopped showing up. It’s been a month now since they last came and I hired someone else… still no word from them on why they quit. Absolutely worst customer experience I have ever had. No reason to deal with this kind of company when lawn care companies are a dime a dozen.
